I really enjoy staying at this hotel, their service is excellent and I love how they refill the fruit plate everyday. The drinks in the minibar are all free and they refill it everyday. The bed is very comfy and the water pressure of the shower head is very good. They also provide diffuser as the air is very dry here. The breakfast is very delicious and there's a variety of selection. The best part is the location. Its near the famous walking street (中央大街）and a lot of tourist attraction. There's also tons of restaurants near the hotel. Definately will stay here again if I visit Harbin again in the future.

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

The hotel is strategically located near Sophia Cathedral, Zhongyang / Central Avenue, Harbin railway station, and Zhonglin Park. There are many shopping centers, restaurants, and attraction nearby. The hotel facility is modern and clean. Staff is polite and very helpful. It also has gym and laundry facility. A perfect choice for family during holiday.

Great service Great location The hotel is located nearby St Sophia Cathedral just a 5 Min walk away. The room is spacious and clean at a reasonable price. The front desk staff are very helpful and very kind. They kept our forgotten item in the room for us too. I appreciate it. next time I have a chance to visit Harbin, I will come here again!

The room is ok, but the lobby on the first floor of the hotel is not particularly obvious, and it is not easy to find. He is in an office building, but the service and decoration style of the hotel are very good. The hotel is very new and has no smell of decoration. I had booked two triple rooms and one double room for my stay, and to my pleasant surprise, both the double room and one of the triple rooms were upgraded to the Level 5 suites at no extra charge. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and exuded a cozy yet luxurious feel. The upgraded triple room was particularly impressive—it was a family suite, thoughtfully decorated with adorable duckling-themed decor that added a playful and charming touch, making it perfect for families or anyone traveling with children. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the toiletries. The conditioner in particular was fantastic—it left my hair feeling incredibly smooth and soft, which is something I rarely find in hotel products. The fragrance was light and pleasant, not overpowering, and I really enjoyed how fresh it made my hair feel throughout the day. The rooms were not only large but also meticulously clean, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The upgrades made our stay even more special, and the attention to detail in both the room design and amenities truly stood out. With such a memorable experience, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next visit.

Very friendly staff and helpful , comfortable bed, warm shower , water is free and can ask for more if not enough. I was late to go back for check out and the staff also let me tidy my stuffs and ask me to take my time, really appreciate the manager 小鱼儿客房经理🙏🏻 strategic location, a lot of restaurant within walking distance . The hotel is link to a shopping mall, so easy to find food. Happy with the stay 😀

The location was excellent, and the bathroom was well-equipped with a strong water supply. However, the floor heating system was inadequate, making the room quite cold. We had to wear sweaters to sleep. Although we noticed the issue on the first night, we only reported it to the staff on the second night. Friendly night staff promptly provided us with a portable heater, which was a kind gesture. Unfortunately, our stay was further marred by two unexpected electricity outages in our room on the second night. These incidents were alarming and disrupted our sleep and we both fell asleep in the morning only. To make matters worse, we were asked to vacate the room by 2 pm, which forced us to rush our morning and wait in the reception area for few hours before departing for the airport. Overall, our two-night stay was disappointing due to the heating issues, electricity outages, and rushed checkout experience.

The location is pretty good near Central Avenue, and it's only two roads away from Sophia Cathedral. Unfortunately, I was too tired to go there at night. I canceled the hotel to see polar bears in Polar World and booked here. It was really right. The room is very big, and the children love it very much. The children's slide will play as soon as they open their eyes. The service staff are also very good, and the cleaning staff also greeted them proactively, obviously they have been trained. The atrium on the 4th floor is very popular. The breakfast is also very surprising for this price, and the breakfast room is very large. According to the introduction, there are only 38 rooms, and this price feels like a charity. The downside is that parking is charged separately, but it is not required from 8 pm to 8 am. There are some small details in the room that need to be paid when cleaning, such as under the bed and under the slide. Overall, I am very satisfied.

This stay was really great! The front desk service was good and attentive, the room was carefully decorated, the bedding was white and soft, and it was very comfortable to sleep on. The landscape painting on the headboard added a bit of elegance. The room was fully equipped, with a small refrigerator for storing things, a kettle, and mineral water, so you can always get hot water. The details are the real deal, and you can feel the hotel's care for its guests. I will choose this place again next time I travel!
