This hotel was in a great location! We were close to Sophia Church, Zhongyang pedestrian street, and within walkable distance of a park and the Songhua River. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, but I found things to eat each morning, and they changed up some of the dishes served, which was nice. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. However, I want to give a special shoutout to 王颖. I spoke with her before arriving in Harbin to let her know that our flight arrived late at night. Through WeChat (my Chinese is not good), she helped me schedule a car and helped me work with a robot that delivers food to your room, plus a list of other things. 🤭 I found out she was often helpful when she wasn't on duty, which she did not have to do. I am so thankful for the kindness shown by 王颖. I will tell my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Harbin!

My brother and I loved our stay at Qiuguo hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was delicious. It was also very near to a metro stop, and in an area with many delicious restaurants. Service was also fantastic, and the staff even helped us find a nearby doctor when my brother became sick (always scary while traveling internationally)!
The only con was that the cell service and wifi in our rooms was sometimes not strong, but this was intermittent and when we ran into challenges we just came down to the lobby and all was fine there. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic location with Zhongyang Pedestrian Street right at the doorstep, which means lots of food, restaurants, and shops. Quaint looking hotel. Room is clean but dated and could do with some renovation. Housekeeper 2029 was friendly and kept our room pleasant throughout our stay. Receptionist and concierge were very helpful and patient. In that regard, the staff who attended to us provided top notch service. Russian restaurant was nicely appointed but not too impressed with the food. Quiet normal tasting. Exit 2 of Zhongyang MRT station is about 1km from hotel.

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

I stayed three nights at the end of August. It was my first visit to Harbin. All in all I was pleased with the experience. I was nervous about finding a non-smoking room in Harbin—many of the hotel profiles I looked into stated they have no such rooms available (imagine that in 2024!) but I'm pleased to report my 6th floor room smelled fine. The room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate for one person. Plenty of hot water. Also plenty of electrical outlets for charging phone, laptop etc. No view to speak of but I wasn't there to gaze out the window, and it was blessedly quiet. I ended up not partaking of the free breakfast so I can't report on that. But service was good. Very efficient check in and check out. The room cleaner was cheerful and friendly. It's a decent location—only about a three minute walk to the Helongjiang Museum metro station. And I had no problem getting a taxi (Didi) for the trip to the airport. Solid value for the price.

EEsthaI had booked two triple rooms and one double room for my stay, and to my pleasant surprise, both the double room and one of the triple rooms were upgraded to the Level 5 suites at no extra charge. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and exuded a cozy yet luxurious feel. The upgraded triple room was particularly impressive—it was a family suite, thoughtfully decorated with adorable duckling-themed decor that added a playful and charming touch, making it perfect for families or anyone traveling with children.
One of the standout features for me was the quality of the toiletries. The conditioner in particular was fantastic—it left my hair feeling incredibly smooth and soft, which is something I rarely find in hotel products. The fragrance was light and pleasant, not overpowering, and I really enjoyed how fresh it made my hair feel throughout the day.
The rooms were not only large but also meticulously clean, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The upgrades made our stay even more special, and the attention to detail in both the room design and amenities truly stood out. With such a memorable experience, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next visit.

GGuest UserLocation is good, but a bit pricey. Quality of front desk staff inconsistent. Some are proactive esp Ms LL but the male staff on duty at night seem less organised and haphazard. Gym has only one treadmill and is in the basement which feels a little creepy. Washing machines helpful but one out of order (and it seems from other reviews, for some time already). Most outstanding would be the breakfast crew of middle aged ladies. All chirpy, enthusiastic and polite! Breakfast mainly Chinese but a good variety. Rooms offer great strong heating or air conditioning, and powerful showers. The housekeeping is efficient and polite.

GGuest UserFacilities: Executive King Room, the sofa can be turned into a 1.5-meter-wide bed, which is very suitable for traveling with children.
Hygiene: It is quite neat and clean, and the hotel is relatively new. Breakfast is cleaned and the table is wiped in time. The breakfast category is good. Although it is not as good as a five-star hotel, it is much better than ordinary economy hotels. Basically, hot meals, cold dishes, snacks, noodles, cakes, coffee are available, and there are also Northeastern specialties frozen pears, pot-wrapped pork, and sauerkraut dumplings.
Environment: Wanda is very close after passing the underground passage. You can take your child to the parent-child park and grab dolls. There are also a lot of food.
Service: The cleaning aunt is very enthusiastic. I gave a lot of bottled water and slippers.

OOddestaudThe hotel has a great location just beside the railway station, we were given early check in when we arrived at 10am.
The room is warm in winter, and has hot water, great ventilation. The bed and pillow is very soft and comfortable.
Rooms are sound proof or we just didn't hear any other customers at all. There is a washing laundry room for free for guests. Completely in love with this place. Perfect stay if not for the customer service that marrs that experience.
The cons is the staff. We stayed at hanrei twice, and when I checked in the second time, the front desk forced me to show her that I had reviewed the last time. When I hadn't review the first time yet and told her I will do it later, she refused to let us leave until it's done. I was tired and couldn't find how to review, so I gave her my phone (so she would do it and let us go) and she gave herself 5 stars.
The front desk does not have much hospitality. It is worse if you speak English with them, giving each other side glances and giggling whenever we asked questions in english. One of them was terrible and gave us very bad information about the snow ice festival even though she is local. Not sure if it is to screw with us.
Hotel management needs to look into the team.

TtorinessThis hotel is nice enough, fairly newly renovated with big clean rooms and our river view room had a lovely view… but it’s in a *very* inconvenient location unless you have your own car or private transport booked. It’s only a 15 minute drive to the ice and snow world that’s true but good luck to you getting a didi or taxi to come to the hotel in the morning to take you there!!!! After trying to book a didi multiple times with no response we had to take the 1 hour+ long bus instead. There’s also nowhere nearby to go for dinner within walking distance when it’s -20 degrees. The reception staff are also quite unhelpful (our taxi driver to get us to the station came to wrong spot - all we wanted was for reception to talk on the phone to the driver) and eating food when they are working.

Because my friend has sensitive skin, the bed is completely comfortable to sleep on without any problems. Because it is very inconvenient to take a taxi in the town, the hotel arranges a business car every day to pick up guests from the station to the hotel. The breakfast is also very rich! Special thanks to Miss Peng Li of the hotel for her reception and very thoughtful service. It is definitely right to come to this hotel when you come to Yabuli! !

They have restaurant for breakfast with variety of food, even they dont serve western food, but you still can have fried rice and boiled egg for your daily protein intake. Their service is excellent, serve you with smile that warm your heart in this cold weather place ❤️ they were very helpful and sincere. They have pickup service from the nearest train station too.

There were ski place with affordable price for ski equipment, clothes, shoes, gear, and ski lessons. Perfect for ski begginers and kids. At night you can also try 烧烤 various chinese barbeque with affordable price, have some beers with your friends and family. Scenery around the hotel was very beautiful too.

GGuest UserIt can be seen that the facilities were very high-end and advanced back then. The mirror in the bathroom not only has chamfered edges, but also has an oval carving in the middle, a marble frame on the outside, and a smooth mirror surface. The popular decoration nowadays does not have the patience and care of the people in the past, and is mostly superficial. The echo in the room is also very good, and there is no humming of electrical appliances at night. Although the wooden table, carpet, and bathroom floor drainage have been old and inconvenient, the room price has been adjusted accordingly. The food is worthy of praise. We had a breakfast and a Russian meal. During the Russian meal, two Russian artists sang and played the accordion. The music empathized and relieved all the troubles in my heart, and the whole person became transparent. I think it is an old and upscale restaurant with stable quality of raw materials and comfortable eating.
