GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, just one street away from Central Street and very close to the Songhua River, which is super convenient. The room was very clean and spacious, and they even offered afternoon snacks. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all excellent. The front desk even helped me with my luggage. My first stop in Harbin was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back or recommend it to friends!

YYanggaomeinvTraveling to Harbin with my child, our first stop was the Xana Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sophia Church). The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the middle-north section of Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Zhaolin Park is just 100 meters east, across the street, and the main Central Street is 50 meters west. St. Sophia Cathedral is about 500-800 meters away on foot. The hotel lobby was super cozy, offering a stamp check-in and afternoon tea. The staff provided excellent service. Since I hadn't planned my trip and decided to go last minute, I asked about Harbin's specialties. They even added me on WeChat and sent me a guide to dining, entertainment, and attractions around the hotel. The breakfast was incredibly rich, meeting all the nutritional needs (meat, eggs, milk, fruit) required for traveling with a child. On the day of check-out, I decided last minute to take some travel photos with my child near St. Sophia, which delayed our check-out time. The staff kindly extended our check-out until 2 PM for free. All in all, our first stop in Harbin made us feel so warm. If you're staying around Central Street, Xana is definitely the best choice!!! I've already recommended it to many friends since returning to Beijing. 😙😙😙

TTravellingmaudeSeine House was a warm and comfortable place to stay, especially after being out in the cold. The staff were very helpful and genuinely friendly, and they went out of their way to prepare a vegetarian breakfast for us, which was much appreciated. The rooms have a European Russian style decor with solid wooden furniture, giving the space a classic and cosy feel. The rooms were very clean with no noticeable dust, which made the stay even more comfortable. They are spacious, well heated, and felt like a real relief after long days outdoors. The bed was comfortable, there was a bathtub, and a humidifier was provided, which really helped with Harbin’s dry winter air. The overall atmosphere is homey rather than hotel like. The location is very convenient, close to Central Street (Zhongyang Street) and Zhongshan Street, and also near the cable car that crosses the Songhua River to Sun Island. It is worth noting that the hotel is officially non smoking throughout, but some guests did not follow the rules, and the smell occasionally drifted into the corridors and rooms. This was not due to the hotel’s policy, but rather guest behaviour. Overall, Seine House offers spacious, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and a warm, character filled stay in a good Harbin location, with only minor discomfort caused by guests not observing the non smoking rules.

SShengguoqianqianThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Exit 3 of Metro Line 2. It's super easy to get to Central Street and Daoli Market from here. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the staff—from servers to front desk and restaurant personnel—are all so warm and welcoming, always greeting you. As someone from the south, it really made me feel at home. The hotel breakfast is also excellent, with a good variety and delicious food, offering great value for money. All in all, if I come back, I'll definitely be booking this hotel again.

GgegetongFirst off, the hotel's location is excellent, nestled between Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. It's incredibly close to both attractions; in fact, it's right across from the cathedral, so you can just cross the street morning and night. Central Street is also just 300-400 meters west of the hotel. Downstairs, there's the Xin Yibai department store and Daoli Market, which is perfect if you want to skip restaurants and try various local snacks. Secondly, I've stayed at Vienna Hotels in many cities across the country, and this one stands out for its decor, cleanliness, and service. The room isn't huge (understandable, given it's in an old city scenic area), but it's cozy and spotless. Plus, the four bottles of Nongfu Spring water and two cans of Kvass were complimentary. It's currently peak ice and snow season, so the staff are incredibly busy with guests checking in and out daily, but they always greet you politely, whether they're actively working or not. The breakfast selection is also quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, they helped me multiple times with arranging delivery of packages, finding things, and they were very accommodating in getting us things like towels etc. Very close to most things, including the ice and snow world and the park with ice sculptures. Has guest laundry etc. We stayed before and will stay again.

AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: The room was very clean, so no worries about hygiene. The environment is nice, and it's convenient for getting around. The facilities are a bit dated, which is understandable. Now for the negatives: Most of the front desk staff were polite, but there was a lack of thoughtful consideration when assigning rooms. I was traveling alone with a very large suitcase and had booked a king-size bed room. The front desk asked if I was checking in alone, and I confirmed. However, upon entering the room, I found there was hardly any space to open and lay out my suitcase. I eventually had to prop it up against the bathroom door, which made getting in and out of the bathroom very difficult. When I called to request a larger room, I was bluntly told that the room I booked was this size. I was quite surprised; did they think I hadn't stayed in many hotels before, or did they genuinely not have any other rooms available? I hope the hotel provides better training in this regard, as communicating with guests like that is sure to lead to more complaints.

GGuest UserWhat's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

__WeChat278290****I've stayed at this hotel many times; it's a well-established and reputable place. Every time I check in, the front desk upgrades my room. The hotel is very quiet and conveniently located right next to Songlei Yuanda. There's free parking available within the hotel grounds. This winter, when I arrived, the central air conditioning was already blasting hot air as soon as I entered the room! It felt so warm and cozy. Plus, it's very close to the subway station, making it super easy to get around.

XXander412The hotel was able to store my suitcase as I went off to a different trip which is very convenient and I am very pleased with that great surface upon checking I got a perfectly nice room corner room view of the Saint Sophia Cathedral it’s all lovely. I’m really like your hotel that’s said. It is very old hotel. It looks like you’re stepping back in the 80s and nothing has been done since that I found quite disappointing, specially if you set it off against the price they charge. The other thing I find is that the entrance of hotel is a bit strange located that’s there’s no quick fix but know it feels strange. You know what you see. ïżŒ
