EElizavetaViHotel itself is new and looks good. The location is great. But:
1. There was no water in the fridge. 5 star hotel?
2. Coffee at breakfast is for extra payment
3. The sheets on the bed were dirty.
4. When you book a king size bed be ready for 2 twin beds just standing next to each other. And they are not held together. I fell in between during the night.

MMaureenWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

Ddreamcatcher68The room has cooking facilities, including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. You need to use your room card to access each floor via the elevator. The front desk staff are very nice. Downstairs, there's a street full of luxury brands, and it's very convenient to get anywhere from here.

I’ve stayed for 2 weeks and liked every day there.
Big and comfortable bed, air conditioning perfectly adjustable. Hotel is quiet and clean wherever you walk, guests you notice only at lobby/breakfast area.
King’s park just across the street, city center 20 minutes on foot, 20 minutes to train station.
Taxi (Uber) always around and arrives within less than 5 minutes.
The only thing I could say it was issue is lack of shelfs/drawers in the room to arrange 2 week clothes 😬

JJanelle12Stayed here for 4 nights and am pretty pleased with all the services and stay here. Especially we requested for a change of our room kettle and they change a brand new one for us which is definitely a plus point on that.
Location is also convenient to travel as well as walkable places for food and pharmacies like chemist warehouse to shop!
Found a food gem that i definitely would recommend to go which is Subi fish and chips! Their squid rings is a must try!

It’s easy to get around Perth city from here, everything is within walking distance.
The hotel smells nice, and they even allowed early check-in.
The checkout process was also easy.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking isn’t provided and you have to pay if you want to park, so it’s better to use public transport.
The room was clean and okay.
The bathroom was fine for getting ready, but not the type you would hang around in for long.
Overall, the staff were very nice and I had a pleasant stay.

DDave GutsellI enjoy staying at this Hotel for the location having stayed here numerous times over the last 15 years (7 months in total or more). Great restaurant/bar with indoor and outdoor dining. Rooms have great comfy beds all air conditioned including excellent computer tables and chairs.
Location for me being important the Mercure on Hay is situated Perfectly in the CBD, 6 mins walk to the malls.
I highly recommend it.

AAizad FauziEverything was ok. Pleasant experience checking in.
Booked 2 nights for One Bedroom Business Queen which stated comes with 1 Queen and 1 Sofa Bed. We used the sofa bed as well as the heater was direct to it as we are chilling watching TV.
The next day we were informed that there will be charges of $50 per night as the housekeeper found out that we use the sofa bed.
This should be communicated earlier as there will be extra charge for using the sofa bed, else please don't state 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed as part of the offering.
Parking is limited. Can park by the roadside but please be precaution as it is very steep road.

AAleksei KleimenovThe reception staff was quick to respond to my requests. I requested ice and two plates to celebrate the occasion. Additionally, there is a laundry service on the second floor, which only accepts coins. However, I managed to obtain the coins from the reception staff and had them deducted from my card upon check-out (one wash and dry cycle costs 6 AUD). The hotel offers free parking, which was a significant advantage for us.
