Guest UserThis trip to Perth, I stayed in three hotels in total, and this one for 5 days was my favorite and offered the best value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it felt spacious. The staff were very polite. Initially, I thought they only provided two bottles of water daily, but then I found a card in the bathroom stating that guests could refill water on the first floor! We just didn't notice it earlier. There are many delicious and affordable restaurants nearby, and some beautiful buildings too. Plus, the free Red Cat bus to the city center is conveniently close. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Guest UserIt was a very impulsive decision to stay in Perth and book a hotel room. We were in the Elizabeth Quay area and wanted to stay in a nice hotel. I'm
Glad I decided to stay at the double tree. We were looked after exceptionally well by Leon at the reception. The room was very nice and the view was amazing. For the price, it will definitely be my ”go to” when staying in the city

Michelles QuestI love my stay every time I come to Perth I stay at the Quest in East Perth.
The staff are so friendly, helpful, happy, accommodating, nothing is ever too much bother and all with a smile. The rooms are so clean from the doors to the walls even the bathroom floors. The linen is white & the kitchens have all you would need and if you get a balcony room it's always a good view or an interesting one at least haha. As soon as you walk in its like they know your name you automatically feel welcome and everything is ready for you. From the entrance at reception to the door of your room smells fresh ”NO Musty smells there!”.
Paid private parking or only key accessible locked gates secure parking if you choose at a reasonable price for peace of mind these days. Accessibility is everywhere throughout the Quest.
There's a 24 hour mini mart across the road. Transport at the front door all hours, didi at your fingertips. Blink & your in the Perth City centre its a short walk or a free bus ride. Heating & Aircon all at your door of every room so you cant loose the remotes...lol TV in nearly every room with free WIFI. Couches are comfy & all rooms are spacious. Outdoor balcony has comfy & spacious seating. Rooms cleaned daily. Lots of nice street dining only 1 block away & restaurants on nearly every corner or a bar if your thirsty & BWS right on the corner. 2 blocks walk away from the park & 3 blocks walk away from the waters edge. It's got it all in a heritage style looking entrance with convenience at your fingertips all you need do is ask!... you will not be dissapointed!
JUST REMEMBER THAT EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE HUMAN.😊
Thankyou Team Quest you are the best! 👌

Guest UserVery close to Perth Airport with a free shuttle service. The staff were excellent and willing to accommodate our departure time. The hotel's central island features a slide panel, allowing for flexible configurations. Both the service and food at the hotel restaurant were great.

The room is a bit old, but the location is truly central, with Dior, LV, and Chanel right downstairs. The bedding is quite clean, and the room size is decent, with a sofa, dining table, and kitchen, making it very suitable for tourists. It's also budget-friendly and offers great value for money. Across the road, there's a Coles supermarket, plenty of eateries nearby, and a 7-Eleven. Northbridge is also very close.
The only downside is that the city center gets quite noisy at night, with drunken people on the bar street. For safety, it's best not to go out at night.
An Uber to the airport takes about 30 minutes.

smonsLocation was fantastic. Walkable to everything. Parking at cop terrace was cheap and accessible. Some night staff weren't friendly. But some in the mornings and day were very helpful and friendly. Room cleaning done everyday on time but very very average. No bidet in toilets could be improved. Otherwise the walls are also terribly sound proofed. Every conversation in the next room can be heard.

The location is excellent. But the room cleaning service is confusing. When we checked in and be told that room cleaning will be conducted every four days, sometime they did but sometime not. The facility is old and need to upgrade. The staffs in reception are very helpful.

I had a great experience staying here before, so I booked again. This time, I arrived at the hotel late at night after a tiring flight. The front desk initially said they couldn't find my reservation. After searching for half an hour, they said they found it but claimed I had already checked in. I told them I was right there and hadn't checked in yet. They then spent another twenty minutes verifying. During all this, I contacted Trip.com customer service, who were very responsive and helpful; an agent quickly reached out to the hotel. However, the hotel staff were incredibly slow and inefficient. The whole check-in process took nearly an hour. It was a stark contrast to my previous, much better experience.
Furthermore, on my last stay, they provided a full set of disposable amenities, but this time, there weren't even disposable slippers. I was just too tired in the middle of the night to bother looking for another hotel.
Honestly, this service experience was really disappointing. The environment is actually good, and the location is right next to UWA. Getting to the city takes about ten minutes by taxi.
Kudos to Trip.com's customer service; they were efficient even late at night and had an excellent attitude in resolving the issue!

Guest UserIbis Perth is centrally located with many restaurants nearby. Lifts are operated with room access card. In the night, entering to hotel is also via room access card. Hotel provides shampoo and body bath, shower cap, coffee and tea sachets, hand and bath towel. Would need to bring along face towel, tooth brush and tooth paste in future visit.
Walking distance to Perth underground station, and a stone throw away from luxury brands such as LV, Tiffany and Gucci outlets.

Shuoshuoguoguo666Excellent! The room was spacious and very clean. The location is also fantastic, right in the city center. It offers great value for money, and all the hotel staff were really handsome and provided warm, friendly service. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit.
