MM40929****Great location, right next to the pedestrian street. Lots of food options nearby, and it's close to the beach. They have a 24-hour front desk and three fast elevators. There's a kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, two pots, a knife, and a cutting board, so you can cook your own meals. The cleanliness was just okay; they didn't come to clean during my three-day stay. I'm not sure what the two plastic sheets on the toilet seat were for; I'd need to sanitize it before feeling comfortable using it. There's also a 1 yuan deposit, and I'm not sure when I'll get it back.

GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

MMightyMThe hotel location is near the Perth Station, Perth Underground Station, CAT, and Tranperth bus stop. Nearby restaurants from Western, Middle Eastern, and Asian food. Ideal for shopping.
They met my need to have a quiet room. The room is small. Every day, they did a perfect cleaning. The bed is comfortable. Their reception are helpful and friendly, especially Laura and Tina.
Had a wonderful time and will stay again.

Booked 2 nights for One Bedroom Business Queen which stated comes with 1 Queen and 1 Sofa Bed. We used the sofa bed as well as the heater was direct to it as we are chilling watching TV.
The next day we were informed that there will be charges of $50 per night as the housekeeper found out that we use the sofa bed.
This should be communicated earlier as there will be extra charge for using the sofa bed, else please don't state 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed as part of the offering.
Parking is limited. Can park by the roadside but please be precaution as it is very steep road.

GGuest Useri arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here

GGuest UserDecent hotel although out of the cbd. 910 bus into the cbd stops outside while walking another block also allows you on the 32 bus into the cbd.
Water plumbing is a bit loud
Paying the extra for a City view room is well worth it otherwise you could end up with a room that faces the main road.

And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free❤️. QQxzXoxoRooms were recently renovated and is superrrr clean!! Carpets floorings were vacuumed and I can see no dust. Stayed for three nights. Hope it will stay like this in the future!
However toilets need some improvements especially the Shower area. No space to put our toiletries while bathing. The glass panels have spaces inbetween so the water will flow out and will make the floor all wet.
Lobby area is cozy. We left our luggages at the counter after checking out since our flight is only later that day. Thanks!

DDuetpodTook my 8yo and 16 month for a 2 night stay. They loved it. Very quiet hotel not too far to walk into the city and close to public transport. Nice breakfast and comfy beds. My daughter didn't want to leave. Was nice to have a bath and shower in the executive suite as well. Decor is dated but didn't affect our experience and stay.
