"The room itself was generally good. However, the lighting system was a bit odd, particularly the bathroom light which couldn't be controlled independently. On the other hand, the room's cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent. The location was also great, very convenient for reaching the pier. While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was perfectly sufficient. A really nice touch was that they even gave us two bags of fruit and snacks when they found out we were going to the island. Overall, the service was superb."

"Como Perth AU is worthy of being the first luxury hotel in the Australia and New Zealand region selected by the International Travel Magazine. The location of the hotel is excellent. There is valet parking at the door on the day of check-in. The breakfast is a fixed set meal, which is really good 👍 (there are several Choose according to your preferences) The room has a large space, the key design is very special engraved with precise latitude, the design style is low-key, luxurious and reasonable, and the check-in experience is 🈵️ points. The Mini Bar has a variety of juice drinks for free, and it is cleaned twice a day. Laixi Friends who travel in Australia recommend to experience it."

Very convenient for transiting to Rottnest ferry. 4. Welcoming drinks for joining their free membership. 5. Daily housekeeping and they store my luggage after my first night staying and coming back the other night. 6. Keep my laundry and trace my new room number after I drop the dirty laundry on my first night. Very flexible services. 7. Breakfast provide soy milk and almond milk, which suit people with lactose intolerance. 8. Good food at UMA. Borrow a very sturdy umbrella to board Rottnest Island on a windy rainy day. Umbrella is still in good situation. 9. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. 🫶🏻"

"Big room and very comfortable. Location is excellent with lots of shopping/restaurants within walking distance. Parking is charged an extra $40 per night. Only thing is that they don't provide basic amenities like toothbrushes"

"We booked the deluxe twin room which has two double beds for our family of 3. The room was big & we requested for contour pillows which were very comfortable. We landed early and they arranged early check in for us at 10.30am which was a very nice gesture. Location is about 10 min walk to Elizabeth quay but there is bus stop in front of hotel with free public bus service. The staff were very friendly and helpful and special thanks to Andrea who offered good suggestions for restaurants & day trip to Mandurah. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant."

"Location: what's hot- centrally located near the CBD & ”heart of town”. What's not- one of the furthest in terms of walking from Perth station. There are nearer hotels if you are coming from the Perth train station. General facilities: What's hot- contemporary Aussie art works line the walls of this building, inside & out, making it eclectic. What's not- unremarkable really. Standard features. Although reasonably new, if you look closer, much of the linen covered furniture (viz chairs) are stained and grubby close up. Swimming pool is small. Dining area is smallish. Rooms: What's hot- beds & pillows are very comfortable! Probably the best feature of the room. Shower head is a rain shower! Always a mark of a great bathroom. The TV screen is large. They provide an ironing board and an iron, which is nice. There's also a basic Expresso machine, which is appreciated. The room windows are floor to ceiling-great views and light! What's not- no toiletries unless requested (eco drive). No tissue paper unless requested. No room slippers provided. No water- so you either have to boil it in-room, or walk to the 1st floor to get it from the dining room, which sucks. Carpets are designed to hide the grime, but on closer inspection, the stains are there, giving you an icky feel. The wardrobe area is severely limited, so it feels cramped when you have 2 people trying to share the same area. Could be better. There is no dedicated luggage stand, so you'll have to do with laying it on the floor. Pity your back & knees. Service: What's hot- nothing really. All the politeness your expect from any hotel. Nothing remarkable. What's not- housekeeping service is inconsistent & poor. By any standards of a good hotel this is one big area that they need to improve upon. We stayed 7 nights & for the first half of our stay, we had to request for our rooms to be made up and on at least 2 days, there was no housekeeping at all. It almost felt like a third party service had been employed to take care of the rooms which was disconnected from the hotel's standards. An annoyance we could do without & a huge fail in my books. Breakfast: What's hot- sadly, nothing great. It was ok, again, unremarkable in its variety, quality & presentation. What's not: if I had to do it again, I'd find breakfast elsewhere & save the money. Conclusion: it was ok. Nothing to draw me back again unless I had no other choice. The fact that it's an Accor accredited hotel makes it even more disappointing. Between the poor housekeeping & the unremarkable breakfast, it's a pretty average hotel with limited repeatability if you had a choice."

"The check in process took quite long, saying that cannot see my booking in system while confirmation email already received from Trip.com. The cup provided in mini bar had clear tea stains when I wanted to make some hot tea. Overall experience lower than Crown Towers."
