"Overall, the hotel is pretty good, but the facilities definitely need an upgrade. We were assigned room 804, and on the day we checked in, it was about 36 degrees Celsius outside. The air conditioning in our room was broken, but we didn't realize it at first. We thought maybe it was just slow to cool down since the room faced west. However, after two hours, the room was still hot and stuffy. We promptly called the front desk, and when the receptionist came in, even he was surprised. Initially, he thought we might have set the AC incorrectly, but after checking, he confirmed it wasn't user error – the AC was indeed broken. The front desk then reported our situation to the manager, and they moved us to a room with two separate bedrooms, which I guess was compensation for enduring two hours of extreme heat. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's well-balanced and nutritious. The hotel's location is also quite good, making it very convenient for getting around."
