Amazing
CChristopherA distinctive hotel with a minimalist aesthetic, one that strives to have personalized service but perhaps overstretches what it can accomplish. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton.

11373222****Excellent hotel with a superb location. The room was spacious and bright, and the desk and internet were top-notch. The staff were professional and efficient, quickly resolving issues, even helping me with a parking mix-up. The entertainment facilities are great too, with pinball and foosball downstairs. Overall, a fantastic experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel was absolutely luxurious! The outdoor pool was wonderfully heated, so I took a dip – highly recommended! Just be aware it closes before 6 PM. I won't be posting photos of the pool, though, as I've only granted Ctrip permission to use a selection of my pictures. The hotel also provided a lovely welcome gift: four boxes (eight pieces total) of Koko Black chocolates and a bottle of champagne, as pictured. I visited the casino too; it was massive. I watched others play and it seemed like almost everyone was losing. Don't even bother, my friends!
--BT-Perfect nice location to stay… amenities were all in close proximity… underground parking made rainy days really convenient especially with a toddler..
shout out to the receptionists! They were all really friendly and helpful…
Good size rooms but some attention to details would had made the stay a little better…
one of the bedside lamp and toilet mirror lights were not working… the shower drainage seems to get choke occasionally while showering..
Housekeeping needs some improvement as we had daily different incidents… example one day we had the bed side tables pushed out of position… another day we had all the pillows dumped on the sofa seat… body lotions were not refilled…
The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the view was really amazing!
Oh and there’s a nice small pool on the top floor as well.. sadly it was a little cold and we did not had the chance to use it…
Overall was a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups..
GGuest UserThe hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

Very Good
GGuest UserEasy check in, room was clean and roomy, had a function there and it was great, food was very good. Will stay again. Didn’t get to use the pool as was a quick overnight stay
GGuest UserThis motel is value for money & practical for accommodation. Booked 7 days with free parking. New clean bathroom & fresh wall painting. No big drama about checking in/out or anything. The stay was simple & enjoyable & close to Carousel Big Mall.
2 different guests parked in our designated lot for 2 consecutive days for our astonishment but no big deal. Just got concerned about being asked from any guest when I parked into another unit's lot because mine was taken. Also The queen bed had too smooth running wheels (like Coles trolley) that used to slide & glide over the new floor tiles each time you mount the bed for reading/sleeping. That was by far the biggest joke we experienced during our stay. Recommended!
GGuest Useri arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here

Very Good
DDEOK YOUNGThe place had a kitchen, which made it perfect for a family trip. The room was bright with white tones, and everything—TV, desk, small dining table, balcony, bathroom—was clean and well-maintained. One small thing though: the bathroom drain was really open and visible, so I was a bit worried something might fall in or bugs might come out. I ended up covering it with a towel.
The location was nicely a bit away from the busy city center, which was great. Best part? The bus stop for the free Red CAT and Yellow CAT buses was close—so convenient! The staff were friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help.
Having a washer and dryer on-site was super handy, too. At night, we did sometimes hear cars driving by pretty loudly, but it didn’t really affect our sleep.
