"Perfect location. Unfortunately the weather is really bad while we were there so it is pretty hard to see how clean the place etc but we are happy to be back. Place right on water. Brewery just right under it. We have the spa in our room and my little girl love it. The balcony is pretty big with the view on pictures. Nespresso coffee machine in the room. TV was not working unfortunately as the bad weather knock of the antenna. Waters given is in little bottle though not enough for anything. Other than that all pretty good for the price."

"We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and quick. Front office staff were very helpful. Undercover parking was easy to navigate. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom looked newly renovated. One thing that confused us was the light switch for the living room and bathroom was by the entry door. So you had to walk to the front door to turn the light on and off then walk into the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Plus there was no exractor fan for the shower so it got very steamy in there. Mirror and shower screen all fogged up. Poor design. We had a great view of the ocean. The pool area and front entry are being renovated but that didn't not inconvenience us. When the pool is completed the view from the window will be beautiful"

This is definitely our top choice for a hotel near the city when visiting Perth."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful area. The villa is two stories high with three bedrooms, and the view from the rooms overlooks the marina – it's fantastic! Highly recommended! 👍 The only downside is that the front desk closes at 6 pm, so you need to contact staff to check in. Also, the hotel doesn't provide a villa map, which caused us to waste time dragging our luggage looking for the villa."
