"Perth Two-Bedroom Executive Suite | Spacious & Comfortable, Excellent View, Thoughtful Service My stay in the two-bedroom executive suite in Perth city center was extremely satisfying overall! Spacious Rooms: The suite was very large, featuring a master suite, a separate bedroom, and a guest toilet, offering excellent privacy. The living room connected to a large balcony, overlooking Perth waterfront, providing an excellent view. Well-Equipped Kitchen: The full kitchen came with an induction cooktop (heats up incredibly fast) and an oven (very useful). The kitchenware and bathroom were both very clean. The only minor drawback was a bit of rust on the dishwasher, but it didn't affect its use. Parking and Transportation: The hotel parking is $35 per day with unlimited in-and-out access, which is very convenient. Do note that there aren't many drop-off spots at the entrance, so you might have to wait a bit during peak hours. The location is superb, within walking distance to the Mint and the pier. Thoughtful Service: During our stay, there was a long-distance running event that caused road closures. The hotel staff was very accommodating, allowing us to return the parking key after the event concluded, which saved us a lot of hassle. Conclusion: This is an apartment that excels in space, view, amenities, and service. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!"

"Highly recommend for families of four! You won't need two rooms, especially with the 84-square-meter unit – it truly felt like 84 square meters. During the Spring Festival, it was around $16xx-$18xx per night, including breakfast for four. It had two bedrooms, three beds, a very spacious living room, and a massive balcony where you could practically land a plane! It offered nice campus views, even though the building was only eight stories high. Downstairs, there are several restaurants, and an IGA is right next door. A heads-up: if you need parking, make sure to book ahead by phone; it's $17 a day. The only downside is that it's not in the city, about a 10-minute drive away, but seeing the constant flow of university students on campus was quite enjoyable!"

"We recently stayed at Wonil Hotel for a weekend getaway with my toddler, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience overall. We arrived late in the evening and were advised at check-in that there was no parking available, despite the booking information stating that parking was available and no reservation was required. As a solo parent travelling with a young child and luggage, this created a very stressful start to our stay. It took us 4 trips up and down between the basement and the room, and no assistance was offered by staff at check in. Soon after we transferred our luggage to the room, around 9pm, I had to drive along Hackett Drive towards Matilda Bay Restaurant to search for street parking. As a parent travelling alone with a toddler, I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there overnight. I then had to carry my child and walk several hundred metres back to the hotel in the dark, which was quite upsetting and honestly made me feel unsafe. During our stay, I could also regularly hear staff chatting at reception and complaining about other guests, which did not feel professional or welcoming. The hotel itself is relatively new and the location is excellent — close to the foreshore, playgrounds, walking trails and restaurants — which was the main reason I chose it. However, the overall build quality and room presentation were disappointing. Our bathroom sink was leaking, and there were visible cracks and defects in the bench and fittings. Before booking, I genuinely thought this could become one of our regular weekend getaway spots because the location has so much potential. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning as a solo parent travelling with a child again."
