I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to book here again. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Two things that really stood out were the heater and air conditioning—they both worked perfectly and were easy to control, which made for a very comfortable stay no matter the weather. The water pressure in the shower was excellent—a small thing that makes a big difference! The location is a major plus. It's situated in a great area within easy walking distance of many fantastic cafes and restaurants. While I didn't have a chance to use them myself, I also noticed they offer guest laundry facilities and bicycles available for use, which are great amenities to have available. Overall, a wonderful, hassle-free experience. Great value for the quality and location

The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel. The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option.

Excellent! Right outside the hotel is a grassy area by the Swan River, which is bustling with people exercising in the mornings. You get a great view of Perth city's night skyline across the river. The front desk staff speak Chinese and are very welcoming. There's a 24-hour supermarket just a five-minute walk behind the hotel with a wide selection of items. The hotel rooms even have kitchens, so you can cook your own steaks!

Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones. Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help. The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation comfortably. The hotel environment was pleasant, and the facilities were excellent. Everything was well organized, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the generous room size, which made it perfect for a family holiday. The only minor downside was that the elevator was quite small, which could be a little inconvenient during busy periods or when traveling with luggage and strollers. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

My only issue was, I ordered a room with twin beds. But got one bed and had to sleep in the same bed as my son kicking me all night 🙄! And Fridge was extremely small, smaller than a bar fridge.Everything else was amazing. Room service was value for money and tasty. Room was clean. Location great for what we needed

I booked a two bed room apartment for my family, the parking is safe, if you have multiple car, can park the extra cars outside at no parking fee. The room is clean and tidy, there is living room with TV for relax, comes with a 6 person dining table at kitchen, can cook with microwave and oven, can wash clothes. Just the hassle is need to climb the staircase with luggage carry on, throw the rubbish ourselves, and lack of power point for mobile phone charging in each room.

房間清潔一般，check in 第一天房間還有上一手住客的煙頭在煙灰缸及露台的小桌子上有黏稔酒漬，房間地下也不算乾淨😔其他配套設施只可以用合格形容，泳池不大，酒店早餐一般還要自費，地點優勝。總括來說，HKD$2xxx 一晚cp值低，但考慮到復活節假期，加上出發前一星期才決定訂酒店在選擇不多情況下，只有這間。但下次不會再入住

I had a great experience staying here before, so I booked again. This time, I arrived at the hotel late at night after a tiring flight. The front desk initially said they couldn't find my reservation. After searching for half an hour, they said they found it but claimed I had already checked in. I told them I was right there and hadn't checked in yet. They then spent another twenty minutes verifying. During all this, I contacted Trip.com customer service, who were very responsive and helpful; an agent quickly reached out to the hotel. However, the hotel staff were incredibly slow and inefficient. The whole check-in process took nearly an hour. It was a stark contrast to my previous, much better experience. Furthermore, on my last stay, they provided a full set of disposable amenities, but this time, there weren't even disposable slippers. I was just too tired in the middle of the night to bother looking for another hotel. Honestly, this service experience was really disappointing. The environment is actually good, and the location is right next to UWA. Getting to the city takes about ten minutes by taxi. Kudos to Trip.com's customer service; they were efficient even late at night and had an excellent attitude in resolving the issue!

Please avoid at all cost. Hidden charges, broken lift, and you be told to read the fine print if you question them about hidden charges.
