Overall, my stay at Sapa Yen was absolutely pleasant, exceeding all my expectations for this hotel category. The hotel is just a convenient 5 to 10-minute walk to the Sun Plaza Sapa Station. While the views from the hotel restaurant are absolutely breathtaking—offering a stunning panorama of the monorail and the valley—be aware that room views can vary. My specific room only had a partial view and directly faced a construction site next door. Luckily, the amazing view from the restaurant more than made up for it during meal times! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, and genuinely keen to help. I traveled to and from Sapa by sleeper bus, which meant arriving early and leaving late. The team was highly accommodating, letting me store my luggage in the lobby without any hassle. I ended up sitting in the lobby for hours waiting for my shuttle bus, and the staff never made me feel uncomfortable or annoyed. Instead, they made it feel like home! They even provide complimentary snacks and drinking water in the lobby that guests can grab at any time—a really thoughtful and appreciated touch. Additionally, the public area restrooms were kept spotlessly clean. For the price point, the value is unbeatable: The Room: Quite spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The Food: A very good complimentary breakfast to start the day. The Surprises: I was genuinely surprised and delighted to receive a personalized welcome postcard and their signature tea gift box—touches you usually only expect at high-end luxury hotels!

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming! 🥰 When we arrived, they took the time to explain all the attractions, how to get around, and everything we needed to know. The service was genuinely excellent from start to finish. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a balcony room, which made our stay even more enjoyable! 🥹✨ A huge shout-out to all the staff — they were so kind, cheerful, and attentive. When we asked for extra water, they happily provided it at no additional charge. Even while we were waiting for the bus to transfer back to Hanoi, they kindly served us some tea. Such thoughtful little gestures really made our stay memorable! ❤️ For a budget trip, this place is definitely one of the best choices. Great service, friendly people, and excellent value for money. If I ever visit again, I’ll definitely come back! And honestly, the boss should really give these amazing staff a raise! 😂 They deserve it! 👏✨

Wonderful hotel with very charming, secluded cabins nestled in the mountains. We arrived before check-in time, and our room was already ready, so they let us check in early without any extra charge. The hotel also has a fantastic cafe with a very friendly bartender. Make sure to try the white coffee!

I really liked this hotel. Its location is great. My room had a mountain view. The furniture in the room was good, with comfortable large beds and a big, warm duvet, which was perfect for January. We used the air conditioning for heating when it got cold. Breakfast was à la carte; you could choose two dishes and a drink. It was a very filling breakfast. My choice was fried rice with meat and fresh cucumber, and for the second dish, two fried eggs, two toasts, cheese, butter with jam, and coffee as a drink. It was delicious! I recommend choosing this hotel.

Wonderful Stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel – Perfect Location and Amazing Hospitality! We had a lovely stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need in Sapa like shops, transport, and local spots, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds. A highlight of our stay was the newly opened restaurant downstairs, Taste of Vietnam. The food was excellent—truly one of the best in town—and Mr. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating. The hotel staff were also amazing. Special thanks to Andy, who was always helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. He made our stay even more comfortable with his assistance and warm hospitality. The room itself was great value for money. The water heater and water pressure were both excellent—something we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

The host was super friendly and provided superb hospitality. Offered us luggage storage before checking in and after checking out without charging anything, super grateful for their service. They also offer a simple bathroom for cleaning up before collecting luggage back for fre. Extremely recommended !sorry for the irrelevant photo.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Homestay. The room offered an incredibly beautiful panoramic view, and the family was super friendly. We were even invited to join them for dinner one evening and had a really fun night. The owner also offered us various tours we could book through him. The breakfast was excellent, there was hot water in the bathroom, and the duvets were nice and warm, making it perfect even on cold nights.

This homestay is located in 15 minutes away by car to the centre of Sapa. It is very peaceful and perfect place, if you are tired of a noisy city and want silence. The views from this homestay on Moang Hoa Valley are very beautiful. You can see the mountains, green fields and changing of the view while sitting with a book on the balcony with roses. Fresh air, silence and views, what can be more perfect? My room was clean, it has towels, slippers, teeth brush, bottles of water. You can order a breakfast there, but I love to walk, so I found another cafes nearby. If you want peaceful and silent place for a vacation, it is a good one:)

Location wise. Spacious room. Aircon needs some cleaning i guess No receptionist. But the owner/manager their is really kind and helpful.

service here is very good, customer service fast and nice, soft out problem immediately. Big room , provide everything things we need, good location , easy to go everywhere we like. we satisfied to stay here.
