GGuest UserThey greeted me, offered tea and bananas, and checked me in quickly. They explained everything and gave me a map with interesting places. I'll attach photos of the room. The towels and bedding are old and need to be replaced. I stayed in room 202, and it rained at night – the sound was very loud because there's a roof of another building right outside the window. When I checked out, the receptionist gave me water, cookies, and bananas for the road. The last photo is the view from the balcony.

GGuest UserIt was a fantastic experience in Sapa Yen Hotel. The staff were accommodating and attentive to our needs. The location was just right in the heart of the town center, near to all establishments. The breakfast was great, delicious, and plentiful. I will stay in this hotel again if I come back, God willing.

HHeyarhgraciesThis place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

KKattie HooArrived early into Sa Pa and requested for early check in. Needed to pay an extra 40,000 VD which was fine as it came inclusive of breakfast. However, from the moment the keycard was inserted into the slot, nightmare began. The power fused out and had to go down to the reception to request for assistance. Front desk staff were not helpful and kept saying the issue was resolved. But the power trip repeated for more than 4 times and with me going up and down before they finally had someone to check the room. So much for early check in. Room was damp, heater hardly function and bathroom can certainly improve in cleanliness. This was on day one. Day two, we decided to check out the breakfast and was again disappointed. I have never seen such a miserable spread and we were limited to only one bowl of noodles or if pancake serving. In any event, nothing great to be missed! And the saga of the power trip continues. Did I mentioned that on Day one, I have to endure an extremely cold bath as half-way through my bath with shampoo in my hair, hot water was no longer available. When we reached out to the team, we were told to wait for 15 mins for hot water to be restored. Can you imagine, standing stark naked with shampoo and bath gel on your body and to wait for 15 minutes in the cold? For the price that I paid for the room, it was definitely not worth it. The explanation from the hotel team for all these.. it's TET and we don't have technicians on site.
Although Mr Dao, the Hotel Manager seems friendly, obliging and apologetic, extended free transfer to the bus station the next day, it hardly made up for such a bad staying experience.

We had a lovely stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need in Sapa like shops, transport, and local spots, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds.
A highlight of our stay was the newly opened restaurant downstairs, Taste of Vietnam. The food was excellent—truly one of the best in town—and Mr. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating.
The hotel staff were also amazing. Special thanks to Andy, who was always helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. He made our stay even more comfortable with his assistance and warm hospitality.
The room itself was great value for money. The water heater and water pressure were both excellent—something we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

The bungalows are strategically positioned to provide splendid panoramas of the lush terraced rice fields and towering mountains that characterize the region. Each morning, I was greeted by the stunning sight of the sun rising over the hills, painting the landscape in hues of gold and green. The tranquil atmosphere surrounding the bungalows invites guests to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty that Sapa is renowned for.

SsantyanThis was the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff was responsive and kind, always ready to help. I felt at home every day. This hostel is also remote-friendly. There are tables and outlets on the ground floor, which was very convenient since I worked every day. There's also a cafe on the ground floor with affordable prices and large, delicious portions. You definitely won't go hungry. Generous breakfasts are available, with six different options, so everyone will find something for themselves. I really liked the banana pancake with honey. The mattress in the hostel is comfortable and, importantly, heated; it was chilly in the evenings, and that was my salvation. There was a cozy, large blanket and a comfortable pillow. One small drawback is poor soundproofing, but that's normal for hostels, so it's not a negative for me. Overall, I spent a wonderful 13 nights here and really want to come back again.

GGuest UserBooked the room with the view. Didn’t matter because of the fog. I got a little encounter in the middle of the night. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Staff immediately responded and transferred me to another room. It was close to Moana. Few minutes away from Sun Plaza. I’d recommend if you want somewhere that’s quiet. Not for elders though.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on the main street right next to the market, and about 20mins walk from the town, perfect if you are a market person.
Communication with the hotel is mainly via Google translate, all requests were honoured just needed a little patience and understanding when communicating with them.
There's all the basic amenities you need without frills. It's definitely a bargain to get your own room with a private toilet.
