HHitchhiker007Absolutely superb rooms clean spacious and modern.
The view from our balcony out the tea terraces was lovely. In fact the whole will be a succulent paradise when all construction is finished and no doubt they get a better chef as the establishment becomes rebounded for offering party spaces groups whether they stay at the hotel or just visit for the day. Breakfast can be ordered to suit your personal requirements.
A good establishment with fantastic potential lets hope they succeed.

We As soon as we entered the property we were welcomed and invites to tea by our wonderful hosts. Even though we cannot speak much Chinese, our hosts showed imense patience and understanding. They offered us advice for travelling, shared different types of tea with us and we received a lot of smiles 😀
The room was beautiful with a lot of wooden elements, large balcony and the spacious bed had the perfect hardness to have a proper good night sleep. It was also very clean, no mosquitos and no bad smells 🙌🏼
The location is also great. It is a quiet and clean area, with a beautiful coffee place by the lake and restaurant near by. Also a small convenience store.
We hope to come again here im the future. Thank you again to our lovely hosts 🙏🏼

GGuest UserSimao Manzhen Hotel is really in line with our family's wishes. Coming from commercial Banna, I really feel like going home when I arrive at the hotel. There are so many details in the hotel that make people feel comfortable both physically and mentally... The layout of the room It's very heart-warming. The towels are sealed in bags. What's especially important is that most hotel TVs require either membership or an app to watch, but Manzhen has both limited and on-demand TVs. High praise! There are Pu'er tea, drinks, coffee, milk tea, and mineral water in the hotel lobby... When we go back to the hotel in the evening, the hotel has instant noodles, biscuits, buns, and fruits, which is really considerate... They are all provided to guests for free ~ Breakfast time is special What’s particularly surprising is that it’s from 7:30 to 12 o’clock in the morning! The last time to eat is before 12 o'clock. People like us who usually can't have hotel breakfast are very surprised. The restaurant is clean and tidy, and the staff are very enthusiastic... In short, it is definitely the first choice for travel and accommodation in Pu'er... Family and children The room is so stunning! It will be our first choice next time we come

XXiaoshuziI stayed at Jingmai Mountain for two days. I was worried about the conditions on the mountain, so I chose this guesthouse on the first day. The guesthouse was decorated like a chain hotel and was very clean. The breakfast included rice noodles, rice vermicelli, steamed dumplings, millet porridge, corn, and more. The variety exceeded my expectations. In particular, the landlady was very hospitable and took good care of every guest. I was very satisfied.

GGuest UserThis is a new hotel conveniently located for the airport and station, but not in a touristy part of town. The facilities were really excellent. Everything is brand new and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the design. Some nice touches, like fresh fruit in the evening, and an accessible washing machine were very welcome. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were pristine. The breakfast was Fine, nothing particularly special. But best of all I have to say was the staff. From the staff on the front desk to the lady who cleaned my room everyone was extremely welcoming and did everything they could to answer my questions, help me with any small problems and make my stay comfortable. A very big thank you to all of you. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pu'er.

The inn is with the tea factory. The hotel room is very large and clean, and there is an outdoor small yard.
Behind the inn is a small tea forest, climbing a small slope along the path, which is the inn's own viewing platform, you can see the sunrise and sunset, very convenient, the scenery is unexpectedly good.
The proprietress and the proprietress’s sister are beautiful and enthusiastic. When they arrived, they caught up with the local pig feast and invited us to participate. In the evening, there was a stove to make tea, roast sweet potatoes, tasted local oranges and peanuts. It was a very good experience of local culture.
Although it was with the tea factory, no one sold us tea throughout the whole process. Finally, I asked and bought some tea cakes. Black tea and white tea went back. They were all very delicious!
The hotel is located on the outermost side, there is a parking place, there are charging piles, except for the innermost stockade to be opened farther, everything else is great!

GGuest UserI am quite satisfied with all aspects and recommend staying here. The front desk service attitude is very good. The hotel's external area and rooms are very clean and spacious. The bathroom in the room is separated into dry and wet areas. The toilet is a thermostatic toilet. There is also a raised non-slip floor in the middle of the shower area to prevent water from overflowing. The shower head has a large but soft and comfortable water flow. The bath water is also very hot, just the right amount of hot, and there is no need to add cold water. The bed and pillow are just the right hardness. There are also two tables in the room, one for work or putting things, and one for sitting and eating and watching TV, which is really a good feeling. There is also a spacious washbasin, water will not splash out, the hand sanitizer is also quite fragrant, and it is in a separate area at the door of the bathroom. If two people stay, they can use the toilet or shower and wash without interfering with each other. The air conditioner is Gree, the cooling effect and speed are very fast, and there is no noise. At night, the TV volume will automatically turn down and cannot be increased, so the rooms will not disturb each other's rest, and the sound insulation effect is very good at night, and no noise can be heard. The most favorite thing is that the hotel lighting is no longer dim, it can be adjusted to be very bright, and the switch beside the bed can also easily control all the lights. Anyway, everything is good, but the parking lot is too crowded, and the shampoo and shower gel are not easy to use.

The location is more close to train station and far away from city centre, but it is a good way to explore the city and walk.

For me is very important to have non smoking room, so we looked through several to find one which has no smoke or any smell. It s on the 2nd floor 8203 as I remember.

GGuest UserThe room was very large and spacious, with a large bathtub for bathing, many small details were well handled, and the breakfast was quite rich. There was also an outdoor swimming pool downstairs, but it was raining all the time so the children couldn't play.

YYinyuezouqiThe location is great, right in the center of the village. You can enjoy the sea of clouds and sunset from the second-floor tea room without even leaving. It's very relaxing, and the staff's attitude is quite good.
However, there are a few drawbacks:
1. Although you can enjoy free tea in the second-floor tea room, it's a bit disappointing that there are no complimentary tea bags in the room. Even hotels not located in tea-producing regions usually provide tea bags in every room.
2. If the shower and toilet aren't separated, they should at least provide a pair of plastic slippers. Otherwise, wearing disposable slippers after a shower is very slippery and easy to trip. Not wearing any shoes isn't hygienic, especially since it's about 2 meters from the shower to the door.
