GGuest UserThis is the first time we came to Pu’Er and we feel very lucky to have booked this accommodation. We As soon as we entered the property we were welcomed and invites to tea by our wonderful hosts. Even though we cannot speak much Chinese, our hosts showed imense patience and understanding. They offered us advice for travelling, shared different types of tea with us and we received a lot of smiles 😀
The room was beautiful with a lot of wooden elements, large balcony and the spacious bed had the perfect hardness to have a proper good night sleep. It was also very clean, no mosquitos and no bad smells 🙌🏼
The location is also great. It is a quiet and clean area, with a beautiful coffee place by the lake and restaurant near by. Also a small convenience store.
We hope to come again here im the future. Thank you again to our lovely hosts 🙏🏼
GGuest UserSimao Manzhen Hotel is really in line with our family's wishes. Coming from commercial Banna, I really feel like going home when I arrive at the hotel. There are so many details in the hotel that make people feel comfortable both physically and mentally... The layout of the room It's very heart-warming. The towels are sealed in bags. What's especially important is that most hotel TVs require either membership or an app to watch, but Manzhen has both limited and on-demand TVs. High praise! There are Pu'er tea, drinks, coffee, milk tea, and mineral water in the hotel lobby... When we go back to the hotel in the evening, the hotel has instant noodles, biscuits, buns, and fruits, which is really considerate... They are all provided to guests for free ~ Breakfast time is special What’s particularly surprising is that it’s from 7:30 to 12 o’clock in the morning! The last time to eat is before 12 o'clock. People like us who usually can't have hotel breakfast are very surprised. The restaurant is clean and tidy, and the staff are very enthusiastic... In short, it is definitely the first choice for travel and accommodation in Pu'er... Family and children The room is so stunning! It will be our first choice next time we come
DDeluge2This guesthouse is located in Jingmai Dazhai, close to the Golden Pagoda, and conveniently situated with easy access to transportation and dining options. If you're unsure whether to stay in Nuogan or Wengji, this is a good place to stay initially. The double room has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the mountains, offering views of the sea of clouds. The cleanliness is good, and breakfast includes rice noodles, eggs, and some local snacks, which I found acceptable for a guesthouse. It's quite quiet. The landlady is very welcoming. When I arrived, it was raining, and I was a little lost. She picked me up in her car and carefully explained the surrounding area and directions. She also drove me to my parking spot when I left. Overall, a good experience.
SShuangyeMy self-driving friend in Pu'er, Yunnan, introduced me to a hotel I booked online. Pu'er Xinpu Smart Hotel did not disappoint me. It's really good. The beauty at the front desk provided good service. The room was clean and tidy. The floor attendants worked carefully and the room was kept spotless. The hotel waiters met I will take the initiative to say hello to you! The hotel has its own parking lot in the backyard, as well as an underground parking lot. I didn't go underground, so I parked on the ground every day when I came back. The breakfast room is large and bright. There are many kinds of meals, and they are different every day. It can be seen that they are thoughtful. I stayed in the hotel for two days and felt very good. It was a satisfactory stay. High praise! If you are going to Pu'er, Yunnan, you can stay here with confidence.
GGuest UserOur family loved the Senquan Inn! The owners were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was very clean and new, and the area is beautiful with so many coffee shops and cool shops in walking distance. The family room was spacious and perfect for a two night stay with 5 kids. We will be back!

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe most satisfying hotel in Xishuangbanna + Pu'er travel accommodation!
The inn is with the tea factory. The hotel room is very large and clean, and there is an outdoor small yard.
Behind the inn is a small tea forest, climbing a small slope along the path, which is the inn's own viewing platform, you can see the sunrise and sunset, very convenient, the scenery is unexpectedly good.
The proprietress and the proprietress’s sister are beautiful and enthusiastic. When they arrived, they caught up with the local pig feast and invited us to participate. In the evening, there was a stove to make tea, roast sweet potatoes, tasted local oranges and peanuts. It was a very good experience of local culture.
Although it was with the tea factory, no one sold us tea throughout the whole process. Finally, I asked and bought some tea cakes. Black tea and white tea went back. They were all very delicious!
The hotel is located on the outermost side, there is a parking place, there are charging piles, except for the innermost stockade to be opened farther, everything else is great!
WWojiushishanhaixingzheThe hotel has a good location with restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The breakfast was good, and parking in the courtyard was convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, just one stop from the old town. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe room was very large and spacious, with a large bathtub for bathing, many small details were well handled, and the breakfast was quite rich. There was also an outdoor swimming pool downstairs, but it was raining all the time so the children couldn't play.
YYinyuezouqiThe location is great, right in the center of the village. You can enjoy the sea of clouds and sunset from the second-floor tea room without even leaving. It's very relaxing, and the staff's attitude is quite good.
However, there are a few drawbacks:
1. Although you can enjoy free tea in the second-floor tea room, it's a bit disappointing that there are no complimentary tea bags in the room. Even hotels not located in tea-producing regions usually provide tea bags in every room.
2. If the shower and toilet aren't separated, they should at least provide a pair of plastic slippers. Otherwise, wearing disposable slippers after a shower is very slippery and easy to trip. Not wearing any shoes isn't hygienic, especially since it's about 2 meters from the shower to the door.
XXiaobinhenwasaiThe surrounding amenities are excellent; there's a 24-hour convenience store and a business bistro downstairs, which significantly saves time on commuting and meals. During check-in, the front desk proactively recognized me as a business traveler, quickly processed my registration, and even provided a local transportation guide. These thoughtful details really made a difference.
The room facilities are specifically designed for business needs. The desk is spacious with soft lighting, complemented by high-speed and stable Wi-Fi. My online meetings for two consecutive nights went smoothly without any glitches, completely easing any worries about remote work. The bedding offers good support, effectively relieving fatigue from a busy day and ensuring a high-quality sleep.
Regarding dining, breakfast hours run from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, perfectly accommodating the early-to-late schedule of business travelers. The hot food section offers a rich variety and is promptly refilled, balancing nutrition and efficiency. Notably, the hotel provides free printing and copying services, and the front desk was very responsive, which was incredibly convenient when I needed to handle some documents last minute.
The only minor improvement could be the room's soundproofing; I occasionally heard footsteps in the hallway, but it didn't disrupt my rest. Overall, considering transportation, facilities, and service, this hotel is a reliable choice for business travel. I'll definitely prioritize booking here again on my next visit.
