"This was such a great stay! The hotel itself is super nice and clean, same for the room we had. The location is very good, just in the heart of the old town, there's everything you need around you, plenty of food options, also the Tourist Center where you can get local tours. The family owning the place is very nice, we felt welcomed and we had some nice chats (well, over Wechat, as we do not speak the language) over local tea tasting. We even bought some of their great tea - supporting their business. Overall, we had a great time here. I highly recommend this place!"

"It is a new homestay with new facilities. The bathroom, bedding and room soundproofing are very satisfactory. The hygiene is also done more attentively. The transportation is convenient and you can take a taxi directly to the store entrance. The parking lot is less than 50m away. I originally planned to stay for one day, but I extended it for two more days.
On the first day, the aunt took me to pick tea, and finally let me take all the new tea away hahaha
I like the tea table on the first floor the most. I have to drink two cups every day when I go in and out. The aunt knows tea very well and bought a lot of tea I like before leaving.
Finally, the aunt sent me to the airport and ate a bowl of egg custard in the car haha.

2. Bathing is smooth: the water flow is oversized when taking a bath, and the water temperature is stable and will not be hot and cold (I specifically asked the little sister at the front desk, the water in the villa was pumped up from the ground by their boss himself by the well)

"I chose to stay in Pu'er on the last night of my May Day trip. I read Ctrip reviews and chose this hotel based on the good reviews. The location of the hotel is not very good. There is a market downstairs and large trucks often come and go, but the windows are very well soundproofed. , I didn’t sleep well, but I basically couldn’t hear any sound all night long. It was much better than the Golden Season Hotel I chose based on the good reviews in Jiangcheng the day before. The room is beautifully decorated, every detail is well done, there are many sockets, and you can't hear the sound of the air conditioner even if you turn it on. The mattress is also comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. As someone who is picky about hotels, I can't find anything wrong with it. GGuest UserThis is a new hotel conveniently located for the airport and station, but not in a touristy part of town. The facilities were really excellent. Everything is brand new and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the design. Some nice touches, like fresh fruit in the evening, and an accessible washing machine were very welcome. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were pristine. The breakfast was Fine, nothing particularly special. But best of all I have to say was the staff. From the staff on the front desk to the lady who cleaned my room everyone was extremely welcoming and did everything they could to answer my questions, help me with any small problems and make my stay comfortable. A very big thank you to all of you. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pu'er.

GGuest UserReception staff were very helpful indeed... for example, i needed to wash some clothes but because it was Chinese New Year, nowhere was open. The receptionist let me use the hotel laundry room for free!
Also she gave me her WeChat account so we could easily overcome the language barrier... and recommended some places to go visit while I was in Pu'er
The room was very comfortable and clean... and on the 7th floor, so a little higher than the surrounding buildings - this turned out to be great because there were fireworks all over the city every night I was there, and the view / fireworks display was fantastic especially on Chinese New Years Eve at midnight...!

The lobby on the first floor really has to be praised. It has both taste and layout. You can work, chat, drink tea, have skewers, and drink beer.
There are quite a few areas and tables, which can satisfy 5.6 groups of people at the same time to chat and drink tea without affecting each other.
The service staff take the initiative to make and pour tea. They have a strong sense of service but will not disturb you. They are very open and comfortable.
