"The overall hotel experience was excellent. The room was spotless, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety, including congee, noodles, pastries, and fruit, all fresh and delicious. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. "Just out of Pu’er town centre but well worth the trip. Accommodation ranges from permanent motor homes to cabins and even a Swiss style chalet. Our cabin overlooked the valley and it was spectacular. The restaurant has a good range for buffet breakfast and dinner was good selection of local cuisine. It is quite far from town so you will need a car to get back into town if you don’t want to eat at the hotel."

SAINTONYThe service here is incredibly thoughtful. From the moment we checked in, Xiao Luo guided us with such warmth and enthusiasm. Any request was met with a swift response, and that feeling of being perfectly cared for immediately put us at ease.
Being 'on call' wasn't just an empty promise. Whether we needed travel advice, a taxi, or had a minor issue, a quick phone call would promptly bring someone to help, eliminating any worries. That's exactly the kind of stress-free pace a vacation should have.
The manor itself is nestled amidst lush green mountains. Opening the window reveals a panorama of verdant scenery, the air thick with the scent of negative oxygen ions. Surrounded by the chirping of insects and birds, you feel gently enveloped by nature, and all the fatigue from city life simply melts away.
Big praise for the restaurant's food! The ingredients are fresh, many featuring local flavors. Though homely, the dishes are prepared with such care, making every meal satisfying and memorable. There's no need to worry about your stomach being neglected while on holiday.
The most delightful surprise was the friendly animals. The red pandas are adorably irresistible, and various other cute creatures roam freely, unafraid of people. Being able to interact with them up close instantly awakened our inner child; both adults and kids couldn't tear themselves away.

It’s a great B&B. I recommend it to every friend. Even my children expressed their most heartfelt emotions. The only paragraph I wrote during this trip was placed on the bedside. I don’t know if the staff saw it. Thank you very much for upgrading our room type. Since there weren’t many people in the off-season, we were given a free upgrade. I’m very happy.
Room facilities:
It is very high-end. I stayed in two room types. I think it is not inferior to the configuration of a four-star or five-star hotel. The best thing is that there is a tea table in the room and it is so refreshing to drink your own tea in the room. And the most important decoration is home-like and retro, which makes it a good resting place after tiring travels. My children particularly like the duplex suite, and they don’t want to come out when they stay in it~
breakfast:
It is extremely rich and has Yunnan characteristics, such as rice noodles, apples and dates, and sticky porridge, etc.
My family’s favorite thing is that when we left on the last day, the B&B gave everyone a souvenir with Yunnan characteristics “a box of Pu’er”
Transportation and Parking:
Pu'er is not a big place, and it takes about ten minutes to get to Daijia Alley, Tea Horse Road, and Meizi Lake. Free parking is available on the first floor of the B&B, and there are plenty of parking spaces.
In the end, the only thing left for such a good B&B is to sincerely wish the owner a prosperous business.

The hotel is very big and beautiful, full of ethnic customs, the air in the mountains is very fresh, the hardware facilities are very good, and it is suitable for a family vacation.
The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in.
It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far.
The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom was dry and odorless, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation effect was excellent, and the rest was very stable at night. Hydropower, air conditioning, electrical appliances are all well used, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The surrounding travel is convenient, the catering business is very close, and the price is far more than the same price hotel. It is suitable for short-distance play or temporary stay. It has been collected and will definitely come again next time.

There are also many places to eat nearby. This stay is really good, just like returning to your own home! The room is very carefully decorated, and every detail reveals care. The sheets are soft and comfortable, which gave me a great sleeping experience during the tiring journey. The service attitude of every staff member in the hotel is also super good. Not only did they welcome us warmly, but they also provided timely help when we needed it. Will come again!

The intelligent control panel can accurately adjust the air conditioning temperature and lighting mode. The bedside USB fast charging interface meets the charging needs of multiple devices. The shower water pressure is stable and the hot water is hot, with high-quality toiletries, and the experience is full. Pushing open the window is the hotel's homemade garden water view, green plants are scattered with the smart water system, and the morning view is particularly refreshing.
