This is a newly opened hotel. **Facilities:** New, though some items are of lower quality, like the kettle. They have automatic toilets. **Hygiene:** Clean. **Environment:** Spacious and grand. **Service:** Enthusiastic. The breakfast is plentiful and offers great value for money. They offer three meals a day, and even though I didn't have time to try them all, I could sense the owner's generosity and pioneering spirit. I sincerely hope their management improves, and their business thrives.

Excellent Hotel, Highly Recommend! We stayed at this hotel for several nights during our trip and were extremely pleased with our choice. · Perfect Location: The location is excellent. You can easily walk to shopping malls and the main shopping street. The night market is also nearby. Taxis in the area are very affordable, costing only 7-10 yuan. · Very Clean: The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained. · Best Breakfast: They serve the absolute best breakfast we had during our entire 10-day journey! A great variety of delicious options. · Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff is wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Exceeded all my expectations of a boutique homestay with only six rooms . Ultra luxury linens and beddings , ,Panasonic view of sea clouds at the confer of your bath tub , tasteful contemporary chinese interiors , and to top it all , run by a simple humble couple who goes to ends to make your stay a comfortable one . When you stay for 3 nights or more , they cook up a storm of local delicacies for your dinner , on top of daily breakfast! Do be prepared breakfasts are local style . Bit there’s a great cafe nearby service Arabica yunna beans and it’s become one of my fave ! Def great value for money !

This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review even before checking out. Let's start with the issues: 1. I called ahead to change my afternoon tea time and to book a morning activity. The lady who answered said she would confirm and call me back, and she took my number. I never received a call back before check-in. Luckily, my request was noted on the reservation. 2. After checking in, I was told there was a tea experience available on the second floor. The bellhop who brought my luggage said there was a voucher for it, but the front desk hadn't given me one (I'm not sure if it was actually needed). After helping with my bags, he enthusiastically offered to bring the voucher to my room. I even said it was okay if I didn't get it, but he insisted he would deliver it. Well... he never came back, no voucher, and no tea experience for me. Haha. 3. And then things got even more ridiculous. I had booked a Ba Duan Jin (a type of Qigong) session for 9-9:30 AM. I asked at the restaurant and was told it was on the second floor? They told me to ask at the front desk. At the front desk, they said it was on the fifth floor of another building and that I needed a shuttle bus to get there. Once we arrived, there was nothing there. Then they said it was on the first floor or maybe even the basement of the *original* building? A man came out and offered to walk us back... I told him we'd take the shuttle. After going back, another front desk staff member said it was on the second floor? They seemed quite reluctant but eventually led us there. Finally, we found the right place, did about ten minutes of it, and it was over. It was absolutely ridiculous; they really had no idea what was going on. 4. For a suite costing over 2800, having an obstructed view deserves a bad review (see images 1 and 2 below). It also didn't seem to be 100 square meters. 5. The service doesn't match the price. Many services weren't available, and there's nothing much around the hotel. The staff's service level isn't good; their attitude is pleasant but their professionalism is lacking. 6. The concept is excellent, the decor style is nice, and the space is large and aesthetically pleasing.

I was even upgraded to a better room for free, which I really appreciate. The room was fully equipped with Xiao Du smart controls, making everything super convenient. They also provide free late-night snacks, and the reception staff were incredibly thoughtful. When I asked for one late-night snack, they even offered to let me try a variety of options! The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation design, and in addition to regular towels, they also provide disposable towels. For rooms with bathtubs, they even include bath amenities, which is a nice touch. After checking out, I was able to store my luggage and pick it up later when I returned from my errands.

My self-driving friend in Pu'er, Yunnan, introduced me to a hotel I booked online. Pu'er Xinpu Smart Hotel did not disappoint me. It's really good. The beauty at the front desk provided good service. The room was clean and tidy. The floor attendants worked carefully and the room was kept spotless. The hotel waiters met I will take the initiative to say hello to you! The hotel has its own parking lot in the backyard, as well as an underground parking lot. I didn't go underground, so I parked on the ground every day when I came back. The breakfast room is large and bright. There are many kinds of meals, and they are different every day. It can be seen that they are thoughtful. I stayed in the hotel for two days and felt very good. It was a satisfactory stay. High praise! If you are going to Pu'er, Yunnan, you can stay here with confidence.

The first established hotel as you enter the mountains, with plenty of parking spaces right across the street, which is very convenient. It's a bit far from the attractions, so you'll need a car. They offer butler-style service; they'll contact you the day before to provide the address, travel tips, and other information. The hotel has a good variety of activities planned, including roasted milk tea, stir-fried melon seeds, and bonfires in the evening. The hotel's dinner was just okay, with plenty of room for improvement. Breakfast on the rooftop had a great ambiance and taste. The rooms aren't luxurious but are perfectly adequate. The air conditioning was a bit old and didn't heat very well. I didn't have time to experience the travel photography session. It was really expensive during Chinese New Year, haha.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I did a lot of research on hotels before coming to Pu'er, and this one, which I chose blindly, was absolutely amazing! The service wasn't at all like a standard assembly line; it was full of little surprises with a local touch. Opening the window revealed a view of lush greenery, and the air was filled with the subtle aroma of tea. The bedding was so soft, like sinking into a cloud; I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow after hiking every day. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the smart mirror automatically defogged and even displayed the day's weather. The biggest surprise was the minibar, which offered several types of loose Pu'er tea for free, along with a simple tea set. Brewing a pot in the evening and gazing at the night view outside the window completely washed away the fatigue of my trip. Breakfast was a complete Pu'er specialty! The freshly cooked bean soup rice noodles had unlimited toppings, and there was also local peanut soup rice noodles—one sip and it was incredibly delicious. The freshly ground Yunnan small-bean coffee and tamarind juice from the drinks section were my daily staples; I couldn't stop drinking them. The location is also super convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Ancient Tea Horse Road scenic area, and you can easily stroll to the night market for some skewers in the evening without having to worry about transportation.

I had two unpleasant experiences: 1. After a day out, I returned to find my room door ajar. I asked the front desk what happened, and they checked with housekeeping. Housekeeping replied that they had seen it like that since the morning. And then what? Even if I hadn't closed the door properly myself, you're just going to leave it open all day? Not contact me to confirm? Not close the door? 2. On the morning of my checkout day, while I was still asleep, I received a debit notification around 7 AM. Are you that eager to collect money?
