"Location: Great location, about a ten-minute drive from the high-speed train station, close to the city center, and surrounded by cafes, which is very convenient. The breakfast dining area is also lovely, with a tropical rainforest vibe. Service: The service is exceptionally attentive. Every staff member greets you, and they are all very polite. Facilities: The room isn't huge, but the facilities are complete, and there's even a makeup mirror, which is a big plus. We bought breakfast and got lunch and supper included, which is incredible value for money. The only downside is that the breakfast selection is a bit limited and lacks unique local dishes."

"The hotel has a great environment and complete facilities. The smart speaker is especially popular with children. The TV can be screen-cast. The hotel's laundry service was introduced during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. You can enjoy free coffee and roasted tea in the lobby. The hotel also provides late-night snacks, which is very friendly to out-of-towners who are not familiar with the area. When we checked out, the young lady at the front desk even asked if we wanted to take a bottle of water for the road. It was really considerate. I will stay here again next time I come to Pu'er!"
