They were incredibly attentive, even setting aside a sun-protection mask I'd left in the restaurant, and promptly checked about a shawl I'd forgotten after checking out. The most impressive moment was when I found a forgotten pillowcase on the table after first entering my room; upon reporting it, they immediately dispatched staff to re-clean, handling it very promptly. All the hotel staff are warm and welcoming, always greeting you and diligently answering every question. The hotel is also conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. The lobby has a pleasant tea area where you can also purchase Pu'er tea. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pu'er!"

The lobby offers a self-service fruit and snack afternoon tea buffet; I ate quite a few ginseng fruits during my stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. The washer and dryer are self-service and very convenient. Overall, my stay was excellent, and the value for money was exceptional!"

"First of all, the facilities are very small for a family hotel. The charges are not high, but they are by no means low. But there is no electric iron, and the travel tools are not very complete. The overall comfort level is average, and the parent-child suite is relatively small. The small bedroom area is even more cramped. Since there are only three suites, the housing supply is still relatively tight. There is basically no place to visit in the hotel except the rooms and restaurants. The surrounding transportation is quite convenient (if you drive by car). The only unsatisfactory part is that after leaving the hotel for a day, I found that the swimming goggles were missing when I went to another hotel. After the hotel checked the room, no one informed me or notified me. I should have called the hotel myself to confirm that they had found it and would deliver it to me by courier. I have never encountered this phenomenon before... I hope the hotel's service awareness can be improved."

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, very close to the high-speed rail station, making it easy to get around and explore. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was captivated by the lush courtyard filled with blooming bougainvillea. Koi fish swam freely in the pond, and the air was fragrant with the scent of tea and flowers. The room was clean and tidy, with soft, comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary freshly ground coffee, ancient tea, and snacks, which were incredibly soothing after a long day of sightseeing. The service was absolutely perfect; the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and happy to answer all my questions. They even proactively offered local travel tips, showing great attention to detail. The comprehensive family-friendly facilities kept the kids entertained, allowing the adults to relax. It offers fantastic value for money, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Pu'er!"

"The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear people talking and even a hairdryer from next door. Although the hotel was accommodating and moved me to the top floor after I reported loud noises, either from next door or upstairs (I couldn't tell if it was from the neighbors or upstairs), I could still hear them. I stayed two nights. The first night, I felt itching on my legs while sleeping, but I thought it was from mosquitoes and didn't pay much attention. When I woke up the next day, I saw red bumps, but I just assumed they were from particularly vicious mosquitoes—after all, it's Yunnan… The second night, several more bumps appeared, getting bigger, harder, and itchier. On the morning of checkout, I told the front desk about the situation before breakfast and showed them the bumps on my legs, saying I'd reported it to the manager. After breakfast, I went upstairs to get my luggage and check out. When I asked the manager what they said, they only said they'd check the room, which I knew was just a perfunctory excuse. When I returned, I contacted Ctrip to resolve the issue, but the hotel said they had already checked out and couldn't verify the facts. I thought, I had already given them time to prepare a solution before checkout, and asking again now wouldn't get any results. Look at the picture; the plane landed and they came to the hospital immediately."

"I chose Kaiguan Hotel primarily because of its great online reviews and affordable price, but most importantly, its close proximity to Meizi Lake Park. As a 'migratory' senior leaving Hainan, I planned to stay here for a bit before heading back north. My week-long stay felt just like being at home. The owner, the service staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping were all incredibly kind and friendly. Any request I had was immediately taken care of. The breakfast really suited my northern palate, and I could even use the restaurant's microwave to heat up my takeout lunch. The hotel also offers free use of a washer and dryer, and there's a convenient spot to hang laundry. When I checked out, they even offered to store items I didn't want to take with me but also didn't want to throw away. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"
