"As someone who's stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my kids, I was still truly charmed by the Little Panda Manor. It was the perfect final stop for my daughter's graduation trip and felt incredibly worthwhile. Since my child is older now, we opted for the mountainside villa suite this time. The room was spotless, and every detail was meticulously thought out. Having the room card allowed us free access to the scenic area, and we could call for a car anytime we needed one, which was so convenient. The various animal interactions in the forest park were fantastic, and during the night insect observation, we saw several fascinating stick insects. The hotel's restaurant is definitely worth repeated visits – you can enjoy mountain views and birdwatching, and there's even a little panda freely munching on grass, creating a truly unique and beautiful ambiance! 🥰 It's rare to find a hotel restaurant with such excellent quality control on its dishes. Both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte options for lunch and dinner were delicious. We had several meals there, and aside from the barbecue, none of the other dishes disappointed, which deserves a special shout-out! 👍🏻"

"Once you arrive, you'll realize that the only place to stay in Pu'er is Deting Hotel (Chashan Branch) – no wonder it's so highly recommended! The service is excellent; every aspect makes you feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel environment is also wonderful, complete with its own tropical rainforest garden where it's delightful to just sit and relax. The room comfort is very satisfying as well. The value for money is truly exceptional!"

"The overall硬件 (hardware/facilities) of the hotel are excellent, but the front desk service was a bit disappointing. Pros: The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all kinds of facilities. The location was convenient, and the hotel parking lot was large and easy to park in. The breakfast selection was decent, and the taste was average. Areas for improvement: When checking in, there was a large crowd, and it was quite chaotic. I was checking in with two children, and the front desk originally intended to offer free breakfast for the kids, but their communication was easily misunderstood. Initially, I thought breakfast for children under 12 was chargeable, which is rare in my experience with many hotels, and can easily lead to misunderstandings. I hope the front desk can optimize their communication. Additionally, I noticed the front desk giving welcome gifts to other guests during check-in, but we didn't receive any upon departure, which made us feel like we were being treated differently. The room itself was satisfying. The overall experience would be even better if the front desk's service details and communication could be improved."

The breakfast and the serene mornings at Meizi Lake were truly the highlights, and I have to praise them individually! **Breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious** 🍜 The buffet breakfast offered an amazing variety, far exceeding expectations. The authentic Pu'er rice noodles had generous toppings, rich broth, and were so good I had them two days in a row without getting tired of them. There were also freshly grilled steaks, pork chops, and bacon, along with hot dishes, congee, pastries, and fresh fruits – catering to both Chinese and Western preferences. I left feeling completely satisfied. The ingredients were carefully selected, and the flavors were spot on – the perfect way to start a beautiful day! **The morning at Meizi Lake was breathtakingly beautiful** 🌫️ Staying by the lake is pure bliss! Opening the window in the morning, Meizi Lake was enveloped in a thin mist, like a flowing ink wash painting. The lake water was emerald green and clear, reflecting the green mountains and blue sky, with golden sunlight piercing through the morning fog. Walking along the 4-kilometer wooden boardwalk by the lake, the air was filled with the fragrance of tea and fresh vegetation, creating a tranquil and healing atmosphere. Every step was a scenic view, and every casual shot looked like a professional photograph. The hotel service was attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the electric carts were readily available on call, which was very convenient. Overall, the experience was perfect. This is my top choice for a Pu'er vacation, and I will definitely come again!"

"This was my first time at Songtsan. Overall, the hotel was up to par. The afternoon tea and breakfast options were a bit limited, especially the breakfast, which didn't change much for several days. The soundproofing in the room was also very poor, allowing me to clearly tell when the boy upstairs was sleeping downstairs. The restaurant was definitely infested with flies and mosquitoes, which is probably unavoidable in an open space. Other amenities and services were excellent, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The housekeeper was also very responsive and communication was smooth!"
