入住的房間視野超棒，採光很好，空間寬敞佈局合理，全屋收拾得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟舒適，躺上去特別放鬆，衞浴用品都是品牌的，熱水供應穩定，洗漱體驗超棒。隔音效果也很優秀，晚上玩了一天回來，休息得特別安穩，完全不會被外界打擾，能快速恢復體力，為第二天的遊玩蓄力。
酒店的各項免費服務真的太加分了，免費早餐和午餐直接解決了旅遊中的用餐難題！早餐種類超多，食材新鮮美味，吃完元氣滿滿開啟一天的遊玩；午餐菜品豐富，口味多樣，能滿足不同人的喜好，不用頂着大太陽出去找吃的，吃完還能回房休息一下，特別舒服。

They offer wonderful amenities such as makeup remover wipes, steam eye masks, and bathtub liners, along with complimentary evening treats and drinks. The rooms are equipped with top-notch facilities including a garment care system, Dyson hairdryer, and a dehumidifier. A special mention goes to the breakfast – the black chicken rice noodles were absolutely delicious! I woke up feeling incredibly happy and content every single day.

Cleanliness: Given its natural, somewhat remote setting, encountering a few insects is understandable and unavoidable.
Ambiance: The environment is extremely comfortable and relaxing.
Service: The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful.
Minibar: Complimentary drinks in the minibar were a great perk.
Afternoon Tea Set: The exquisite afternoon tea set was truly delightful.
Seasonal Nature Craft Experience: Didn't get a chance to try it.
Overall, it was a very positive experience. The location is quite remote, so having your own car is essential. You can explore the surrounding Lahu ethnic villages. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to take guests down to the villages. We were lucky enough to catch a dance performance on Saturday, which was a lovely unexpected bonus.

As a self-proclaimed “well-travelled” individual, I never expected Jingmai Mountain to take my breath away again—but it truly did. The journey here is a testament to Yunnan’s untouched beauty, with rolling emerald tea fields, ancient forests, and villages where ethnic tribes have lived for generations.
We decided to stay at Eterna Venue Hotel (Liu Shi) instead of the many BnBs on the mountain, having often found those overpriced and lacking in cleanliness. What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be!
From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made it feel like home. Many of the team members come from nearby tea-farming communities, and their passion for the land was palpable. They didn’t just serve tea—they shared stories of the heritage behind it, offering insights into the different tea varieties and local traditions.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality linens. I loved waking up to the sound of roosters and the first rays of sunshine streaming through the window. If you’re like me and prefer to leave the window open at night, the fresh mountain air is the perfect way to start your day.
For breakfast, don’t miss the fresh rice noodles and seafood congee—so flavorful! The fruit selection was also fresh and changed daily.
A pleasant surprise was finding Cha Ling (a premium LVMH brand) as the hotel’s amenity. Made with tea extract, it added a luxurious touch to my stay.
One of my favorite experiences was the traditional tea baking session, Wei Lu Kao Cha. We gathered around a carbon stove, sipped Pu’er tea, ate locally harvested fruit and nuts, and learned to bake our own tea leaves under the guidance of tea masters.
The staff’s pride in their cultural heritage shone through in every interaction, making what could have been a simple stay feel like an immersive cultural journey.
For anyone looking to experience the authentic soul of Yunnan’s tea mountains, Eterna Venue Hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it provides a meaningful connection to this beautiful region.

When I first arrived, I looked at the surrounding environment of the homestay and wanted to ”persuade to retreat”, and then went to the first floor to check in and take the elevator. I shouted ”not good ～” in my heart.
But when I lay down in the room, I could feel the boss's ”care” 👍. For a person who travels frequently, the bedding is very comfortable. The room has a bathtub and is equipped with a disposable bathtub cover. The toothbrush is soft. Hair, disinfection spray next to the toilet, the sound insulation of the room is also very good, And the boss has a good aesthetic (my looks and style hit me especially), the elephant bubble water in the mini bar, Yunnan's unique black skin peanuts and walnuts, tea souvenirs... many, many details
The second thing to say is the leisure space on the sixth floor. You can drink coffee and gather for dinner. You can see it in the picture. You can diy yourself. The beer chosen by the boss is very good. It is not bitter at all. Girls love it.
The third thing to say is that some employees in the hotel belong to volunteers. They are really interesting. No matter the guests and employees are very familiar. We sit together to drink and chat and sing at night. This is the atmosphere of the hotel alone. It makes people sigh. It’s so good to be young.～
There are many details, such as Pride Dog Pound, the fragrant meals made by the owner's mother who won the culinary award (it is said that the fried beef is delicious), the tea room on the fifth floor, and the stringless guitar you can experience on the sixth floor... Of course, there are many I don't know, Then please let me experience it for me ～ Before leaving, the male boss drove us to Pu'er Station. It was really a very lucky man.～ Bye Pu'er, I must come again next time! By the way, I remembered when I uploaded the photo. Everyone must go to the breakfast at the hotel. VVivienne_MiekoFirst of all, we drove by here. To be honest, it was really beautiful and quiet. We liked this environment very much. So we booked a villa room type. It was really big and good. The view was very wide.
Secondly, we participated in the production of printing and non-legacy handmade during the day. It was very interesting. The children also liked it. It was more meaningful to make it by themselves. At night, the hotel arranged for us to carry out night exploration activities. I learned a lot of insect knowledge. The little brother explained it very well. The kids love him, they're patient.
The next day, I took us to drive a battery car to visit the botanical garden. It was very beautiful and fed the deer and alpaca. The main thing was that I contacted a lot of crawling pet animals from a distance.
Finally, I am very grateful for Xiao Deng's warm service during our stay. There is also a sister's warm service in the restaurant. The children are very happy. Our adults are also very happy. Thank you.

GGuest UserA highly recommended hotel in Pu’er. Centrally well located with friendly staff always eager to help. Hotel not only provided free transport for pick ups at airport/ train station, but also free delivery on departure. The hotel staff also surprised us with a birthday cake and celebrated the birthday of one of our travelling companions. Free fruit basket daily in room and tea available at lobby. Great breakfast too. Will recommend for travellers to Pu’er.

The sunrise over the sea of clouds at Pu'er Mountain is amazing and I like it very much. I will come again next time
