"The LingLong room with a double bed is small and quite cramped. The bathroom has no floor towel. Stay for two nights. The housekeeping did not even tidy or make up the bed. The hotspring usage time is shown as 1300 to 2100. On both nights, at about 2015, the staff started to ask guests to change pool because they wanted to clean the pools. A staff member even told guests blatantly that they should leave the hotspring pools and go back to the room at 2045. I found the service of the staff to be not service focused, more task oriented, and inconsiderate to guests. The location is located far from the main street, and dining options within walking distance are not available. The convenience store located at the side is almost non operating, very limited things."

"It's an executive suite. The room was very clean and quite spacious, with two separate bathrooms and a terrace offering views of the entrance to the wetland flower fields across the way. It's conveniently located not far from the Edelweiss Elk Garden and the Changbai Mountain North Slope Tourist Distribution Center. The Yunding Market is also about 500 meters away and gets very lively in the evenings đ.
Luckily, on the day we visited the North Slope, the weather was clear and beautiful, allowing us to see the full panoramic view of Heavenly Lake from the North Slope. I recommend taking Route B first, as it offers the most comprehensive view of Heavenly Lake from the North Slope. The stairs are significantly fewer, making it ideal for younger people and seniors who prefer not to walk too much đĽł. Route A is truly only for those with good physical stamina; it's all stairs, the views of Heavenly Lake are quite mediocre and you can barely see the whole thing, plus it gets extremely crowded, and you'll have to wait ages just to get a photo đ
. (PS: For summer trips to Changbai Mountain, make sure you have full sun protection: sunscreen, a wide-brimmed sun hat, and a sun-protective jacket or windbreaker. As a tourist from the south, I got lazy and didn't wear my hat for photos, and now I'm recovering from a bad sunburn...đ˘)"

"Upon learning that my elderly mother was traveling alone, the owner arranged a vehicle to pick her up at the station. After she settled in, they also meticulously helped her purchase transportation tickets to the scenic area. Unfortunately, heavy rain closed the mountain on the second day. The friendly owner then arranged for a refund and secured tickets for the third day. She also repeatedly reminded the elderly woman of the necessary precautions for the mountain hike and arranged for a vehicle to take her to the scenic area entrance. She was incredibly thoughtful!

"The hotel is good, but for foreigners without Chinese moving around, the small city is not easy. It is just so hard to grab a taxi. The last day, the hotel was unable to provide transportation back to the train station. The other night, it was also hard to get a taxi to go for dinner. We needed to wait for the bus and walk. It is not a big distance, but with elders and small kids in freezing temperatures, it is not fun. The hotel is closed to the north entrance for Changbai, but it is a bit far from downtown, where the most people are and the restaurants are. In the end, you can rely on the hotel for transportation."

The lady at the front desk on the night of my check-in was also very kind; after confirming I was checking in alone, she thoughtfully upgraded me to a family room (with one large and one small bed) as my reserved twin room only had one left in a less ideal location. She also pointed out nearby restaurants. The front desk staff during check-out was equally thoughtful, proactively offering me bottled water for my journey.
Facilities: The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. My only suggestion is to place disposable slippers in a more visible spot, as I couldn't find them initially. Luckily, I had brought my own.
Environment: The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and provides a pick-up service. If you're a light sleeper or like to sleep in, I'd recommend avoiding rooms facing the adjacent school. On weekdays, from approximately 7:18 AM to 7:29 AM, the school broadcasts its morning bell music, which can be heard even with the windows closed."

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. The first three pictures are of the lovely green view from the window. It's very close to the North Scenic Area, just a ten-minute taxi ride away, and getting to the high-speed rail station is also very convenient. We arrived very late, but the owner was still waiting for us in the early hours of the morning and was incredibly welcoming. It was very quiet at night. Highly, highly recommended!!! I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit!

JJoyful touristCheck in area was quite messy, not properly organised.
Only one staff to attend to check in/check out when we arrive at evening time. Day time could be better.
Need to get breakfast coupon during check in (if you booked with breakfast), and dining area is the hotel beside.
Staff in charge of local tour package is helpful and assist us to book the tour as the ticket to Changbaishan was fully sold out.
Apparently, visiting Changbaishan needs to pre-book your ticket beforehand to avoid disappointment.
Local tour we joined was pretty good as one will be ferried around the 3 main visiting spots by coach.
Main plus point is that the hotel is near a hotspring hotel and the entrance point of north slope (both within 3-5 mins walking distance from hotel).

It is close to Jangbaeksan Station and tourist attractions.
There is a supermarket and restaurant under the hotel, so you can eat there.
Although English is not spoken, the staff are friendly and try to help you.
If you stay at this hotel, you can go to nearby major tourist attractions for 10-15 yuan. (Jangbaeksan Station 12, Beopa Tourist Attraction Entrance 15)
It is also close to the center of Idobaekha. (8 yuan by taxi)
The rooms are also spacious and clean.
I would like to visit here again next time.

Everything in the room are clean, new and well designed.
The reception ladies are all friendly and professional, with one of them especially helpful. They have drivers who can send the guests to nearby places such as the breakfast places and railway station (5mins away).
This hotel is centrally located in Antu town.
Some rooms provide fruits every day which is much needed for me.
Laundry service is provided too upon request.

3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang.
