Great
GGuest UserVery clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are just a row of simple ground-floor units, incredibly small. There's barely enough space to move once you put down a suitcase. The room amenities are very basic and poor quality, yet it cost nearly 800 yuan. The front desk service was even worse; they told us that our two-person reservation was only for one person and tried to make us pay for an upgrade. I told them I booked a double room, and for the upgrade price, I could stay at the Holiday Inn at the airport. Plus, the taxi ride here was quite expensive. I also thought the shuttle bus was available anytime, but it turns out it only runs every half hour, and now I have to wake up early tomorrow morning. I truly regret booking this hotel. It's expensive, unhelpful, and inconvenient.

GGuest UserOur stay was fine. Staff polite. Food on site was ok. Wanted to store our luggage before able to check in but the area available had a shutter door which didn’t lock. Some rooms over look boarding kennels. Nothing in the area apart from URBNSURF great place to have food and watch the surfing. Three little Ducks food excellent definitely recommend here .

AAnonymous Usergreat location and facilities, but be prepared for significant noise both early in the morning and late at night. Be randomly arranged units in 889 or 883 Collins st. the noise situation seriously affects the stay. There are several construction sites nearby, and work starts around 7 a.m. every day. The drilling and machinery noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep in. At night, the problem continues as car enthusiasts often race along the nearby roads, and the engine revving can be extremely disruptive.

GGuest UserRoom was clean and comfortable. Pleased that our room and bed sizes got upgraded as there was one available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great and very close to the station, restaurants and shopping mall.  Little gym has the essentials for fitness which I was able to make use of. Only complaint was the buffet breakfast - very average if not poor quality. Fruit salad didn’t look fresh, hash browns looked over cooked and dry. Most food seemed as it had simply been taken out of packets or the fridge and served straight away, with no preparation behind it.  However for what was paid, we did get our money’s worth.

GGuest UserThe receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Easy check in. Plenty of parking space. Room was basic but clean. Insulation of the room was not good. It was cold as we can feel the cold air entering the room from the window and door edges. Heater wasn’t functioning. Easy check out. Location ok. Not worth for the price we paid.

11100126445Because this was the only hotel within walking distance from my friend's house, we stayed for a total of 4 nights and booked a 2+1+1 deal. Before checking in on the first day, the room fee and a deposit of 100 Australian dollars were charged to my credit card. On the fourth day, I went to the front desk to renew the room card (I couldn't open the door without renewing it). The front desk already knew that this was a prepaid order and asked if the payment would be deducted from the original credit card (I changed the name of the booker on the fourth night but didn't change the room and noted ”extend stay” in the order). I thought that after the prepaid order, the hotel might have to charge a deposit again because the name of the booker had changed, so I replied ”yes”. As a result, not long after, the front desk deducted 157 Australian dollars from the credit card again. I returned to the hotel in the evening and called the front desk. The front desk said it might be the deposit and asked me to talk to the manager tomorrow. I checked out very early the next day and the front desk was not at work. I negotiated with the hotel through text messages. The hotel said that I booked the room twice, once at the front desk and then again on Ctrip two hours later. They were so shameless. I booked the room on Ctrip one night in advance, but I didn't go to the front desk to renew the room card until after 9 o'clock the next day. After the communication failed, I had to contact Ctrip. If the negotiation with Ctrip failed, I would post a complaint on the hotel's official website. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the hotel agreed to refund the money, saying it was a ”communication misunderstanding”. I suggest that compatriots should check their credit card information more often when they go out, and safeguard their legal rights and interests in a timely and resolute manner, so that the chickens and dogs of T can't hide.

EEmel CoppenLovely vibes, cool chill areas, community bar and community events plus the staff especially the lovely guy who booked me in was Amazing. However it's a very crappy old building with Nil working properly showers and broken toilets. I had 1 night in a nice female room which I barely even saw as I was out and Tried to rest at a 2nd booking being shoved into a mixed smelly weird noisy dorm on a top bunk with ****** knocking on the door at all hrs, one guy snoring and another twat on the phone I told off. Was stressful and I hadn't a Warm shower in a working functioning bathroom in 2 days. Not returning. If you like noisy rude tourists and old buildings with no lift carrying your bags everywhere and no showers, great!

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by its grandeur. The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly, and check-in was super quick with no complicated procedures. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfortable, it made me want to fall asleep as soon as I lay down. The in-room amenities were also excellent; the TV, air conditioning, and kettle all worked perfectly. Plus, the bathroom was spotless and completely odor-free. The hotel's location is great too, with convenient transportation and plenty of delicious food and fun places nearby. I'll definitely be back to stay here again if I have the chance!
