GGuest UserFirst we start with check in, is easy and convenient at nearby IGA (2 min walking) till 12 am (so easy for late night flights in). The unit as per photos, new and clean. Kitchen is fully equip, even provide me with salt, pepper, oil and a rice cooker. It also come with clothes washer and dryer. Space might be a bit tight, need to adjust a bit but with the superb location, is acceptable (maybe because we Aseans are much shorter). Food is easy to find and all around, so no issue on food at all. Metro and trams just footsteps away. No regret choosing this place. I was anxious initially as during my booking, there was no review and as I have 2 kids with me, I really worried stranded on the streets as we arriving at night. But the pm with them slowly put me at ease. Another issue was we accidentally left our tripod upon check out. After coming back from the Great Ocean roadtrip, they purposely arrange Uber to send me back the tripod (deeply appreciate the effort and thoughtfullness). So yeah, go ahead and book this, guarantee happy with your option. Thanks.

Vvancy777The surroundings are excellent, and the location is convenient. The room was spacious and cleaned promptly. Room service was also very efficient; anything I needed was delivered quickly with just a phone call. I accidentally scraped my leg, and when I asked room service for some disinfectant, the hotel's medical staff came to my room to disinfect and bandage it, even thoughtfully asking how I got the scrape. The breakfast was exquisite, and the flat white truly is my favorite – I had it seven mornings in a row! The restaurant manager and staff were very warm and friendly, and their attire was elegant and neat. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

OorcacaRight by the Yarra River and very close to Flinders Street Station. You can walk across the bridge to the CBD quickly, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic, and many of them speak Chinese, which was a huge relief for my elderly family members who don't speak English. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including congee, which was really great!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip.
Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

GGuest UserThis hotel deserves a five-star review! I wish I had stayed at the Sheraton for my entire trip to Melbourne. It's in the city center, which is incredibly convenient, and even late at night, around 8-9 PM, there are still plenty of people around, making it feel very safe. When I checked in, there was a Chinese-speaking staff member available. Although the person who actually checked me in was of Indian descent, a Chinese colleague came over to make sure everything was alright before leaving. They even offered me a complimentary glass of champagne! The hotel room was spacious and clean, definitely the best I've stayed in during my past two weeks in Sydney and Melbourne. It certainly lived up to expectations!
Right outside the hotel, there's a Rolex store, and if you walk down the street, you'll find the Town Hall and a church. There are plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also not far from Australia's famous WWL? Or was it WWs?

TTracey_solo_travelI was met with very friendly staff and booked a quiet room away from the elevator.
I had the most relaxing spa bath and restful sleep before an early checkout and shuttle bus transfer direct to the international terminal.
I would definitely recommend this location and would use it again.
There's a lovely restaurant on the ground floor where I said goodbye to my family and enjoyed some Wagyu beef croquettes. The serving sizes were generous.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice and the location is very convenient. Two things were problems. 1. Try running in the gym when the sun rises - you can't without being blinded by the sun. Blinds need to be installed! The rest of the gym was very basic. 2. I tried to go to the rooftop bar a few times. It was advertised as open, but it wasn't. Looks like it could have been a nice place for a drink.
Overall, the hotel was ok, but it did feel very impersonal and it lacked attention to detail.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable.
Cleanliness:
This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible.
Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief.
Service:
The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously.
Facilities:
Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family.
Room:
The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep.
Overall:
While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
