Welcome to Park Inn by Radisson Melbourne Carlton, your ideal home away from home, nestled in the heart of Parkville, Victoria. The hotel is a gateway to some of Melbournes most iconic attractions.

"The Park Inn looks lovely from the front and the foyer is good. The reception staff were lovely. The private off-street parking was great. However, the hotel was in quite bad disrepair. The restaurant is closed so I couldnt get the breakfast I paid for. My room smelled like smoke, carpet stained, the door lock was half broken and there were no lights along the 3rd floor exterior walkway so it felt very unsafe getting back to my room at night. The beds were clean and comfortable. But the bathroom was half broken - door handle falling off, no shower screen, hot water took 10 minutes to start in shower and no pressure, toilet kept making weird noises. Also, the lift lost power twice when I was trying to get downstairs and I got trapped for a few minutes before it came back online. Scary. I wouldn't stay here again."

Park Hyatt Melbourne

9.3/10
Great

I stayed at the Park Hyatt Melbourne on my solo trip and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was spacious and quiet, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The hotel environment is elegant, and the location is quite convenient, with a luxurious ambiance throughout. The staff were professional and polite; both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The facilities are well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay. It exceeded my expectations overall, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Melbourne.

Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

Novotel Melbourne Airport

9.0/10
Great

The Novotel and Holiday Inn share a lobby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the terminal. Check-in was quick, and the room was quite spacious, even coming with a coffee machine. For a coffee lover like me, that's a huge plus, especially since many 5-star hotels in China don't offer them in rooms, though I didn't end up using it since breakfast was included. You can even watch planes take off and land from the room. In contrast, the breakfast was pretty standard with limited options. However, for anyone used to a Western-style breakfast of bread, coffee, juice, eggs, and sausage, it's perfectly adequate.

Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport

Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. Sheraton Melbourne Hotel

This hotel deserves a five-star review! I wish I had stayed at the Sheraton for my entire trip to Melbourne. It's in the city center, which is incredibly convenient, and even late at night, around 8-9 PM, there are still plenty of people around, making it feel very safe. When I checked in, there was a Chinese-speaking staff member available. Although the person who actually checked me in was of Indian descent, a Chinese colleague came over to make sure everything was alright before leaving. They even offered me a complimentary glass of champagne! The hotel room was spacious and clean, definitely the best I've stayed in during my past two weeks in Sydney and Melbourne. It certainly lived up to expectations! Right outside the hotel, there's a Rolex store, and if you walk down the street, you'll find the Town Hall and a church. There are plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also not far from Australia's famous WWL? Or was it WWs?

This hotel is located in the landmark Sky One apartment building in Box Hill, offering an excellent location. Downstairs, you'll find the Box Hill shopping center, which is an integrated complex with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, a train station, and a bus hub – super convenient! The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with a full set of kitchenware, tableware, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine… absolutely everything you need. The bedding was also very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and provided great service.

Fantastic location. Minutes away from Crown Melbourne and just about anything in city center. Woolsworth Supermarket just across for your daily needs. Only challenge was Street parking if you did not have a car park reservation. Room was new and pristine. Sheets were clean, beds were comfy. Washing machine was really helpful! A pity we had full day itineraries, so I did not have a chance to use the gym and swimming pool though they were all covered in the price. We got a superb view of the Harbour!

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

The location is convenient, right downstairs there's a free tram. This trip was to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I only emailed the hotel one day in advance, and they replied immediately, offering to arrange a small cake and red wine, which was really thoughtful. The downsides are that the ventilation system is a bit poor, water leaks out of the bathroom, and the bed is too soft. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and pool. Having a sauna after a day of shopping is incredibly relaxing.

Quality Hotel Point Cook

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
