Welcome to Park Inn by Radisson Melbourne Carlton, your ideal home away from home, nestled in the heart of Parkville, Victoria. The hotel is a gateway to some of Melbournes most iconic attractions.

"Location, lobby area was really nice. For a Raddison brand, areas they can significantly improve on: - Room numbers can hardly be seen as the corridors dimly lit . - Sink tap handle fell off on first use - reported to receptionist. - Mould/dirty on the caulking/silicone around sink and toilet..refer to photos - dark colour stains on the wall? Refer to photos.."

AAnonymous UserThe location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Melbourne's city center. Stepping out, you're immediately at St. Paul's Cathedral and Federation Square, with major shopping areas and attractions all within walking distance, making getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel itself boasts a style of understated luxury. The rooms are spacious, with a high-quality decor, and the bathroom amenities are top-notch, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The service throughout was attentive and thoughtful, with professional and detailed concierge and turndown services that were promptly delivered. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a full range of both Chinese and Western options with fresh ingredients. The only minor downsides were that the building has some age, with a few facilities showing their years, and during peak breakfast hours, it can get crowded with a slightly slower refill rate for dishes. Overall, it remains a prime choice among Melbourne's high-end hotels, perfect for both business trips and leisure stays.

GGuest UserVery clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

DDDDoDDDThe bed size in the room didn't match what was advertised. The website stated a 'deluxe king-size bed,' which should typically be 1.8m. However, as shown in the picture, it was actually a queen-size bed, approximately 1.5m. My large suitcase is 80cm, and at 1.77m tall, I was significantly taller than the bed's width. A manager named Nicolas told me that this is considered an Australian standard king-size. However, I study in Sydney and have a king-size bed at home, and all king-size beds sold in Australian furniture stores are 1.8m. I'm not sure which 'Australia' he was referring to. As an airport hotel, the soundproofing of the windows wasn't particularly good; I could still hear cars from downstairs. Despite this being a hotel issue, Trip.com was very patient and responsible in their coordination and communication. The front desk staff, Tarek, had an excellent service attitude and paid great attention to detail.

TTaybxxAbsolutely unbelievable hotel! Location was perfect for foodies, not too far on public transport to the city, train station not even a 5 minute walk through a little shopping centre next door and tram to the city stops right outside, staff are so helpful and friendly

**Heavenly1*Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. Miss Heavenly 🪽 You’ve been Heavenly Connected

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is super convenient, right in the heart of Box Hill, with a shopping plaza and train station just downstairs. You can even see the trains passing by from the window. The room was very spacious and had a balcony. However, the bed was too soft for my liking and not very comfortable to sleep on.

GGuest UserWe booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid. What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though. However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown Casino Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.

GGuest UserThis is an older five-star hotel with decent service. Its location is similar to Tsim Sha Tsui East in Hong Kong – quiet, with many famous shops, bars, and Western restaurants nearby. However, you'll notice a lot of tourists around when you step outside. The breakfast is pretty good and acceptable, offering standard fare like bread, eggs, coffee, cheese, ham, and fruit – all the daily essentials. The main drawback is that the hotel is too close to the two adjacent buildings. There are very few rooms with a view; most rooms get little to no sunlight throughout the day and require the curtains to be drawn almost constantly. The bathroom is particularly bad. The shower screen only covers half the area, so water inevitably splashes all over the floor, making it a mess. This means you often have to use bath towels to dry the floor, leading to constantly wet carpets and very dirty towels in the long run.

GGuest UserIt would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

KKhandelwalanmolWe had an excellent stay at Arrow on Swanston! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and Melbourne’s main attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it offered great value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.
