"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The hotel room doors are very heavy and close back extremely quickly. As we were travelling with a young child, this felt unsafe, and there is no door-stopper or holding system to prevent the doors from slamming shut. Cleanliness was also below the standard we expected. Housekeeping did not clean the room thoroughly, and we found the overall cleaning service inconsistent. In addition, there were pieces of broken glass near the elevator area that remained there for three consecutive days, which suggests that the carpeted elevator area was not being properly cleaned or inspected. Amenities were limited. Slippers and bathrobes were not provided, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, attention to detail, and guest safety."

In addition washer and dryer are provided too which benefitted us greatly. However the sound proofing can be improved, we could hear sounds from the corridor when our neighbours returned late at night. The bed is also on the softer side."

"The layout of this room type is very strange and not like in the picture at all. Total space of the room is huge but the layout is not efficiently designed at all. It’s like we have a big room but don’t feel comfortable inside. One bathroom is too spacious for nothing while leaving very little space in bedroom that has a big pillar in the room. Bathtub is not clean, the trash was never emptied during 3 days I stayed there. Housekeeper just leave all the trash right there. Empty facial tissue box was taken out, but never replaced. Bedsheet was never changed unless requested. The location is good. But with this price, I’d recommend to explore other places."
