"Beautiful small hotel in living area in Kyoto. We had everything we needed, staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are so cozy and comfortable. Insolation was amazing, we hear no noize from the road, sleeping so well. Beds are truly comfortable, all techniques are so new and fresh. But can't tell location is the best. To train station or bus stop you need to walk ~ 10 mins, laundry is out of the building and on the other side of the road. Anyway, everything else was so great, we're happy staying here."

However, it is important to note that the front desk is unattended before 6 a.m. and after 10 p.m., and you need to walk 200m to their sister hotel for luggage storage. All in all recommended!"
