JJoseph RenwickOur stay in this hotel has been first class. it was very convenient to find from our other stay in a different hotel, when arriving the check in was super easy and efficient with an equally warm welcome! When entering our room we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and spacious the room is. The room layout is very well thought out. Everything within the room feels luxurious, the bed and pillows especially, my sleep has been restful and undisturbed which I value greatly. The shower and toilet facilities in the room are lovely and everything is provided for you, shampoo and body wash are available to use as well as tooth brushes and tooth paste! More highlights of our stay are the TV the view from our windows and the staff. We have really enjoyed the comfort of the large TV so we can relax on an evening eating the local cuisine while enjoying our favourite shows. I must say that the staff here are the kindest. They offered me a freshly brewed coffee one morning in the lobby and are always smiling and ready to help at a moments notice, helping us to store our scooter away from the rain. Local spots are only a short distance away, supermarket , restaurants, pharmacy etc. We have enjoyed our stay here so much, that we cancelled our other bookings just to stay here longer! I give the highest of recommendations to anyone wishing to stay here.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfectly located right in the Qilou Old Street, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are tons of great food options nearby, so it's incredibly easy to go out for a walk and grab a bite to eat in the evening! ✌️ The room was well-equipped, and both the owner and the front desk staff were really nice. The service was thoughtful and attentive, which I really appreciate. Thumbs up! 👍👍

GGuest UserThis hotel was newly renovated last year with a unique style and novel layout, which is suitable for young people. The front desk service is very good. There is a free Meilan Airport high-speed rail platform, which can be arranged with just one phone call. It is very convenient and more suitable for guests transiting in Meilan. There are many snacks in the surrounding area, and there are supermarkets and gas stations on both sides. There is a large parking lot at the door, which is free, which is super awesome. 3. It is probably because of the internal competition in the hotel industry this year and the recession in all industries. The cost-effectiveness is high. For us consumers, being able to stay in a room like this for a hundred or so yuan is very good value. I know that being a boss nowadays is not easy. I wish the boss a prosperous business and a long way to go.

The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, so there was no dampness or strange odors. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing essential items like umbrellas and chargers for emergencies. The location is super convenient, and taking a taxi to various attractions is very affordable. The service was attentive and thorough. I've already recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserLocation: 3 walking minutes from the sea, fantastic view from the balcony. No big roads, very quite. Not many supermarkets, restaurants or shops in the neighbourhood, but there is the essential. Apartment: very good, looking to the north so not hit by the sun, wonderful covered balcony, even with the typhoon one could sit there. Clean, good beds, functioning and quite air conditioning, kitchen with basic utilities. Building: it is a mix of residential building and hotel. One can see that in the past it must have been a wonderful 5 stars hotel, now needs some renovations. As usual English is a problem but the ladies at the reception are ready and well equipped to communicate using translation apps. Service: I wanted high floor and booked 10th floor, they gave me 13th (thank you!) Right and left there were stairs, so no neighbours, also very quite (also because of the massive walls). Some neighbour in the hallway sometimes left the door open so I could hear his TV, but it didn't bothered me. Conclusion: considering the price, it was a great stay.

Adequate hangers and hooks. Power sockets not well placed. Good location opposite People's Park. Buses to everywhere including railway station and airport. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.

GGuest UserBecause we had to take the ferry, we found a place to stay near the ferry. When we booked it, we had the mentality of giving it a try. After we checked in, it was beyond our expectations. The sanitation was very clean, which was cleaner than the B&Bs we stayed in before. It was a loft design. I also liked this kind of small apartment. There was a cloakroom and everything you need. The most important thing is that it is truly pet-friendly! There is no charge. It is much better than some stores that say they are pet-friendly but are unwilling to accept dogs when you call to ask. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hainan.
