"We had a very warm stay at this hostel..the owner was very helpful too..He offered to hire us a driver to take us to the scenic spots but we had already hired one already..we did not know that he can help to find a guide for us, if we knew, we would have asked him to help us..anyway..the hostel is near to shop areas so it is easy to find a convenience store..we arrived late and manage to find a 24h shop and we bought ourselves some eggs,fruits and drinks to bring up the mountains..the hostel also provide a heater and place to cook for the guest..so it is easy to boil some

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! As two foreign girls traveling on our own, I was initially a bit nervous that things might be difficult or uncomfortable but everything exceeded our expectations.
We visited at the end of March for a weekend getaway, mainly to see the lake and explore the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived by train, the hotel staff went above and beyond meeting us at the station after we coordinated smoothly with them via WeChat. Their kindness and helpfulness made us feel completely at ease from the start.
They were always attentive to our needs and even assisted us in booking tickets for the nearby natural park, which was incredibly helpful as I wasn’t familiar with the system. We stayed in the Cozy Queen Room, which was very spacious, clean, and well laid out. It had all the amenities we needed, and the heating worked perfectly, important since it was still a bit chilly during our stay.
The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from the main street, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s also quite close to the entrance of the natural park and the reindeer park. On our first day, we walked to the reindeer park in about 30 minutes, and the walk itself was beautiful, passing by a lake with wildlife.
On our second day, we headed out early to visit the natural park, and the hotel staff kindly arranged a taxi for us since it was so early in the morning.
I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough,it was a flawless experience from beginning to end. We’re incredibly grateful to the staff for treating us with such warmth and care. I would absolutely return in the future!

She replied all my queries promptly and patiently via wechat. If you are a foreign tourist without a local phone number, you can still contact her through WeChat by adding her contact number, which is her wechat contact ID . There are some restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is very convenient .
The room is very spacious and bright with well-equipped facilities, and the surrounding environment is quiet, clean, hygienic and tidy. Highly recommended!!

GGuest UserVery reasonably priced hotel with a good location, within walking distance of the main parts of town (approx 10mins). The owners and staff were very helpful.
I recommend booking the forest trip directly with them at the lobby. The owners also have a farmhouse in the forest, and the trip is truly worth it. They guide you through the forest, teaching survival skills like starting a fire. Afterward, they serve a delicious lunch cooked on a hot stove.
We also tried ice fishing, where we made our own hole in the ice. There are plenty of other activities to enjoy as well.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Changbaishan!

The weather was very good, and we could go up the mountain as soon as possible. It’s convenient. When you come back, you can get off at the forest farm and go back to the ticket gate to verify it and you can get 25 meters back. In the evening, we asked the boss to book hot spring tickets. It was very helpful. The boss can give you a discount when booking. It’s expensive to go out. Save money, save money, the boss is also very attentive and considerate.
