GGuest UserThe staff were wonderfully attentive and genuinely caring; it was also a nice bonus to have Thai-speaking staff present during our stay. The hotel isn't in a very central location, but it provided all the necessary amenities. A notable point is that there's no air conditioning, although fans are supplied. Rooms on the road-facing side can get quite noisy due to traffic. On the brighter side, our room offered a mountain view.

KKimKWThe staff is very friendly. We were a bit concerned about the shared toilet but it was so clean and not occupied at all. I went to so many times didn’t have the problem to wait someone else.

WWZzanI took a car from the airport to the train station, and then it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel. I arrived around 11 PM. Fortunately, I had received an email beforehand with the entry code, so getting the key and checking in was very smooth. The location is excellent, quite close to nearby attractions.

RRENJINGThe location of the hotel is excellent and the service is very good. The price in the place of Zurich, Switzerland is quite affordable. The important thing is that the hotel is in the central area, close to the attractions and stations.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here alone. It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, but the road was quite bumpy, making it a bit difficult to drag my carry-on suitcase. There are also stairs leading to the entrance.
The hotel is a capsule hotel, which was great because it offered a good amount of private space. The capsule itself was spacious and came with a mirror and a small pull-out desk for storage. For the bed, they let me choose between an upper or lower bunk, which might depend on availability. I chose the upper bunk, but then realized the luggage storage shelf was also up high. Lifting my 23kg carry-on up there was quite a struggle, so be mindful of that.
The bathroom facilities were very basic and a bit dirty.
They kindly offered free luggage storage even after I checked out.

GGuest UserGreat value and well located, easy 10 min walk from HBf. Room is basic, but has all you really need, and sleep comes easily. Have stayed many times over the years, maybe some slight room updates are due - USB ports would be nice and maybe international plug accepting sockets..
