And it would be even better if there is a fridge."

"A very functional and comfortable airport hotel with modern, well-designed rooms. Ours was nicely fitted out and featured an enormous TV with a wide range of international channels, including plenty of English options. We booked a park-view room. Initially our room looked partly toward other rooms at an angle, so be aware that some park-view rooms can feel overlooked. After switching rooms, the view was much better, looking directly onto the park. If the view matters to you, it’s worth booking the a higher floor I think as we were on the second floor and visibility was limited. Breakfast was excellent and very extensive, starting at 6 a.m., which is ideal for travelers. The hotel is extremely convenient for the airport; it’s about a four-minute (with large cases) mostly covered walk to check-in. If prices are similar, we would choose this over the older Radisson Blu which is inside the airport. The hotel is part of The Circle complex, which has several good restaurants right outside the hotel door. We tried the Japanese/sushi restaurant and found the food excellent and reasonably priced by Swiss standards. The spa areas are separated into male and female sections, which may disappoint couples hoping to relax together. When I visited late in the evening, the spa was empty and felt a bit eerie alone. On the plus side, the gym is large and well equipped with machines and free weight area, including a dedicated stretching/barre area. Overall, this is a strong, modern option for an airport stay, especially if convenience and comfort are priorities."

"This hotel isn't in Zurich, it's in a neighboring canton. You'd need to take several train stops and then a tram to get there from Zurich. If you have business in Zurich, do not choose this hotel. Overall, the price doesn't match the facilities. Many apartments within Zurich around HKD 1500 offer balconies and kitchens (I booked this hotel for around HKD 2200 a night). Public transport nearby is also inconvenient, with only four trams an hour. Also, water tends to splash out easily from the shower in this hotel. Another strange thing is, I was staying alone, so why did you unfold the sofa and make an extra bed? The attached picture shows the tram schedule."

"This hotel is an excellent choice for a layover. They offer a free airport pickup service, though I didn't use it. However, the drop-off service costs 9 Swiss Francs per person, which I found a bit pricey. Alternatively, you can walk about 5 minutes to catch a public bus to the airport, which is also very convenient. Getting to Zurich train station takes about 20 minutes, making it easy for day trips."

"Very friendly service, and the location directly on the lake is simply stunning. The boat dock is right next to the hotel, and you can take a boat to Zurich in 30 minutes. The train station is also just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are beautifully decorated, although the beds were a bit too soft for us. The restaurant offers excellent cuisine. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, and all the products offered are locally sourced. The coffee is also very good. We'll definitely be back."

The front desk lady said arrogantly, "Can't you see that I'm the only one?" I said, "Is there only one person in your big five-star hotel?" I said, "If you don't have other colleagues, then you can help us cancel the hotel, and I will arrange for other hotels to stay." At this time, a ****** man came, who should be a manager. They said in German that I asked to move the luggage. What was even more annoying was that this man said that we are not a five-star hotel anymore. We have been a three-star hotel since 2019. I said how could it be possible? I have frequently stayed in this hotel in 2021, and the service is very good! This ** said to the female front desk that our hotel was outsourced to other companies for management before! Now we are operated by our own group, so there is no luggage handling or any other services. We just sit at the front desk of the hotel and wait for guests to check in! The attitude is so bad that I can't stand it. I said we will refund. The front desk staff said that we can get a free refund if we arrive before 6 o'clock. Now I need to call Ctrip. If Ctrip agrees to refund, they will agree to refund! So I hope Ctrip will update this hotel as soon as possible! They are not 5-diamond hotels! It is a three-star hotel! His price is not worth more than 2,000 a night. During the stay in 2021, breakfast is 135 Swiss francs per night. Please don't help this unscrupulous hotel recommend customers! Service: extremely poor, arrogant and unreasonable, discrimination! Environment: domestic express hotel standard"
