"I was a little surprised to find that there was a convenience store on the first floor, and that the cash register doubled as the reception.

- The convenience store was on the first floor, and there were McDonald's, supermarkets, and Asian restaurants nearby, making it convenient.
- The room had a sink and tableware, making it convenient for bringing food to eat.
- The convenience store was open 24 hours, so there was no need to worry about late check-in or early check-out times.
●Cons
- The lack of an elevator was a bit of a hassle.
- Although there was an electric kettle, it was quite old and a bit of a hygiene concern.
- My room was on the third floor, but the Wi-Fi kept cutting out.
- The lights in the room didn't work for some reason. (Since there were two windows and I used the lamp next to the bed, it wasn't a big deal.)
- Shampoo and body wash were provided, but my hair got squeaky.
- The shower water got clogged easily. (This was the hardest part.)
There were a lot of negative points, but since I was only staying overnight before heading to the airport, I thought it was okay considering the convenience to the station and the price.
When I checked out, they asked if I wanted a coffee, and although there were several staff members, they were all very kind and helpful."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just over 200 meters from Zurich Main Station. Turn right out of the hotel, and you're directly on Bahnhofstrasse, with all Old Town attractions easily accessible on foot. If you're planning a visit to ETH Zurich, simply turn left out of the hotel, cross the bridge, navigate to the Polybahn, and it's a quick 5-minute walk to catch the red funicular uphill.
We booked for two nights. A nice perk: if you opt out of daily housekeeping service for your second day, you can redeem a complimentary drink from the downstairs bar, one per person.
Our room was clean and tidy. The 'Wow' room type offered decent space, allowing us to comfortably open two large suitcases."

"Easy go to center by tram (3 min walk and some 10~15 min ride to Zurich main station and 20 min to lake), Very quiet neigborhood. Many restaurents options in walking distance. Great staff and very good breakfast. Zurich public transportation is super! It worth it to buy a Zurich card if you plan to go museums, lake cruise, cable cars, etc."

4. Modern and fairly spacious rooms for 19sqm
Cons:
1. Missed housekeeping request after a call was made for it to be done. No one came and the staff we spoke to only said she will highlight to management.
2. No kettle to boil hot water.. seems like the 2nd hotel we came across in Switzerland that doesn't provide this.
We didn't opt for breakfast so we can't comment on that."

"The room was a bit small, but! The transportation was incredibly convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's just a short walk to ETH Zurich, literally across the street. The hotel is also near the train station, just one bus stop away. The guy at the front desk was super nice! He helped us store our luggage, provided us with hot and cold water, and even re-stored our bags when we needed to grab something in between! Super nice~"

"I stayed here alone. It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, but the road was quite bumpy, making it a bit difficult to drag my carry-on suitcase. There are also stairs leading to the entrance.
The hotel is a capsule hotel, which was great because it offered a good amount of private space. The capsule itself was spacious and came with a mirror and a small pull-out desk for storage. For the bed, they let me choose between an upper or lower bunk, which might depend on availability. I chose the upper bunk, but then realized the luggage storage shelf was also up high. Lifting my 23kg carry-on up there was quite a struggle, so be mindful of that.
The bathroom facilities were very basic and a bit dirty.
They kindly offered free luggage storage even after I checked out."

"Location is good, some 400 mtrs distance to bahnhof. Just past rive you will see the polybahn sign and campari hotel sign. Coops store is nearby except on sunday. Room is clean, size is ok. Bathroom had shower curtain to segregate toilet bowl and shower area, either way still wet. You can get utensils plates and kitchen towels from lobby area if you need to eat inside room. No kettle but hot water is available from lobby to fill up and thermos flask is provided there too. Coffee tea also there. You have return the utensils once done.
Luggage storage is avaiable. Extension of check out time is available only if you book thru their own website. All ok and acceptable."

WWilson SamWe had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay:
We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room.
so here are the question:
1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene!
2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest?
3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured!
4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done
In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.

GGuest UserThe first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport .
Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the room down. No tv channels. Hotel service is below standard.

JjingxxUnexpected huge room for a triple room with good personal space between the two beds. Expected more amenities to be provided though, was not expecting the toothbrushes and slippers to be charged separately. Good that mini bar is provided for our room type :) service was above average but room key was quite heavy and kinda old school that we still had to manually lock the room door although they allowed us to drop off the keys before leaving the hotel. Location was alright, 10 minutes walk to the Zurich HB station but tram was convenient.

HHarmonickFine for a business traveler. For couples...eh. Walls are pretty thin as stated. The ”lounge” is just a room on the 9th floor with a TV and some games. There's no deadbolt on the door. That being said, the sunrise corner room gets unbeatable views!
Also, classic European bathroom where water just gets... everywhere when showering. So it's solid for a night in Zurich but not sure I could recommend it for a week of travel or if you're looking for something romantic.
