GGuest UserVery spacious and pretty room. We've got upgraded by the hotel as well. The staff were lovely. The hotel is small, so there isn't any common dining hall. Instead, breakfast will be delivered to your room at the morning. The rooms are on the more expensive side and there are many facilities in the room I didn't get to use tho.

AAbdusRoom was nice and a lot more spacious than expected. I had booked for a single person, so not sure why the sofa bed was made, so couldn't really sit on the sofa during my stay.
Bathroom and toilet were clean and well maintained.
I booked this one specifically because of the gym. It was disappointing to find that the cable machine had no attachments other than a bar. It's ok if you like to use free weights, but think that could be improved.

GGuest UserNuma | Turi was a perfect stay for me - the apartment was very clean, and the facilities in room are new and well kept. Amenities in the apartment are great - the free luggage storage was a gamechanger as it allowed me to explore Zurich without having to drag my bag around.
Location is great - bus to Zurich HB is frequent (takes about 5 min and comes every ~5 min), with that, it is also very much possible to walk to Zurich HB.
There are some things to note:
- the area has a lively night life, so may get quite noisy
- washing machine & dryer are available in building but not free however, can be paid online. They are CHF 5 & CHF 4 accordingly

GGuest UserThe best thing about this room is that you can cook. You can walk out of the train station. It is basically in a residential area. It is relatively quiet and very suitable for long-term travel. I forgot to take pictures. I took some pictures of the surrounding area. It was spring in April. It was really cheap in Zurich. The hotel I stayed in before was more than 1,000 in this season. I sincerely recommend it. The only drawback is that if you go there, the front desk may not be there after 6 o'clock. You have to call to come over, so this is not friendly to us foreigners. You can also ask the platform for help. Everything else is good. The surrounding area is good.

GGuest UserLet's face it Switzerland and Zurich aren't affordable for the budget traveller. So this accommodation isn't exactly value but it isn't too bad.
Location is good proximity to the train station (10 minutes walk) but to the historic quarter and the lake it's a little bit further (allow 25-30 mins). There's supermarkets located less than 50 metres away (across the street and up the road). Also plenty of places to get food or go to a bar.
The communication via email was prompt, timely and detailed. There's no reception here and you get instructions and codes to access things.
The room was an ok size but very spartan in regard to fittings or amenities. Think a clean, one star hotel and this is it. There's no kettle or AC but there's a hairdryer and TV.
Also note that it's on a busy road and the area is up and coming. This means traffic, people and cars. So it can get noisy. Even the Swiss people can be loud sometimes. I was lucky it wasn't a warm evening, so I could keep the window shut but if it was open, there would be enough noise to make it hard to fall asleep (and I was on the floor 3).

No kettle in the room is a little bit inconvenient. And my room is near the road, so it's noisy for cars passing and sometimes men talking outside.

However, the room had a very unpleasant smell, like ********* or something similar, which made the stay uncomfortable. This issue really affected the overall experience. If the cleanliness can be improved, it would be a much better place to stay.

GGuest User12th floor. The entrance, hallways and the stairs up to the room etc. were a bit run down and dirty looking but inside the apartment was great and incredibly warm and cozy in the majority of the room. I was very cold coming in so that was perfect for me. Only problem was not being able to turn the heat down at night (I didn't find any way to do it at least) and I had to sleep with the window open where trains would come and go very often and people outside on the street yelling random things sometimes at night, so I didn't sleep very well. The heat came from the ceiling in the bedroom. Also had some people arguing on the floor below and some stomping on the floor above around 00:00 to 03:00 but that's not really the hotel's fault because there's no active staff present. Maybe worth noting is that I stayed here the night of a big concert (Slipknot) at Hallenstadion which is close by. I would stay here again if I found a way to turn the heat down at night.

ZzaborszkybI didn’t want to give 1 star but it was really disappointing. Oka, Trip.com didn’t mention that there is AC, so it’s fair that the room didn’t have it but not even a fan and it was extremely hot! There is no trash bin in the room so we had to use our own plastic bags to collect waste. There is no wifi (even though they promised there would be info in the room about it, there wasn’t). The shower has no curtain or wall so water splashed everywhere when taking shower. Nonetheless, it was fine for just sleeping but even with the quite low price considering it’s Zürich, it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I’m too picky, hence the neutral rating.

113957171700Like a homestay, with a separate kitchen, bathroom, living room, large space, complete facilities (except for cooking utensils in the kitchen may be lacking, such as the one we live in without a shovel, it is inconvenient to eat), clean and hygienic . You can pick up your keys on time and with your password. When you check out, you can put the keys into the key box. You have never seen a staff member. Going out is the 10-way tram between the airport and the Central Railway Station, which is very convenient.
