Hotels with Breakfast in Zurich

The hotel is conveniently located, about an 8-10 minute walk from the Central Station. Our family booked two rooms, and they were assigned next to each other, which was great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the shower pressure is good. The only minor point is the transparent glass bathroom door, but I believe it can be covered with a towel. We visited in August, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The front-line staff were polite, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, the mini-bar in the room is free! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. 👍🏻

We were a family of four traveling, and originally planned to book a family room. However, we found that two double rooms were more cost-effective, so we ended up booking two. We had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The hotel is right opposite the train station, and only one stop away from Zurich Main Station, which was very convenient. The remote control was especially cute.

I was highly disappointed with my stay due to several major issues. First, the room description is completely misleading. I booked a room advertised with a ”City View,” but instead, I was given a room facing an inner courtyard with no city view whatsoever. Secondly, despite clearly booking for 2 guests, the room amenities were strictly prepared for just one person. We were only provided with one bath towel, one standard pillow, and one large pillow for two guests. Finally, the blanket was far too small for two guests sharing a Queen-size bed. Even though I am only 167 cm tall, it was impossible to cover my entire body. If I pulled the blanket up to cover my chest, my feet were exposed; if I covered my feet, my chest was exposed. What made it even more unreasonable was that the blanket was so narrow that it could only comfortably cover one person, despite being provided for a Queen-size bed intended for two guests. I would not recommend this property until these basic hospitality issues are addressed.

Its actually quite a walk from Zurich HB if u're travelling with an elderly, but my mother made it. There's actually a bus that you can take to the 'Central' bus stop and walk from there tho googlemap wont route u there coz its relatively a short walk. We stayed here for 1 night on arrival. Very comfortable and friendly staff.

Lication is really great since it is next to Central tram station. U can find all e tram lines just 2mins away from here. Room is very clean However, the water pressure at e shower area wasn't great and e temperature set wasn't consistent. Aircon is not available in e room. Unfortunately, I was there during this 4th heatwave. It was 37°C outside and I was looking forward to enjoy air-conditioning. Luckily hotel prepared a standing fan in the bedroom. Good street is just beside the hotel and I was happy to find a Chinese restaurant there.

The experience was great, hospitality is awesome, staff is friendly, location is strategic and room is clean. Will come back again next time if travel to Zurich. Thanks. We have nice view

Excellent stay! The room facilities are new, clean, and tidy. It even comes with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery. The location is also close to the train station. They also provide an electric kettle, but the plug didn't fit the outlet as it was missing an adapter. The staff were very thoughtful and even delivered a universal adapter to our door.

I absolutely do not recommend staying in the east wing. To get there, you have to walk through quite a long tunnel from the main building. The rooms are very small, and the bathroom is super cramped too (if you open the door, you have to close it again to use the toilet because there's no space). The room isn't even big enough for two people to sit down and eat takeout. Furthermore, something I found quite uncomfortable is that the room doesn't have windows that open. I like fresh air, and that makes the atmosphere feel stuffy and dry. When I booked, I didn't check the room type carefully and didn't expect to encounter so many inconveniences. Before checking in, reception told me I could pay extra to switch to a better room, and that there were many large rooms available in the main building that night. (At hotels like InterContinental or Marriott, in situations like this, I usually get a free upgrade). If there are so many rooms available, I don't understand why they don't let you try one without charge. (I'm just giving my opinion; I know the hotel isn't obligated to do so).

The location and cleanliness of the room were excellent. However, there doesn't seem to be a permanent staff member at the hotel, so you need a passcode to enter. This means you must complete the web check-in by the day before your arrival to receive the passcode and room number via email from the hotel. It's absolutely essential not to forget to do the self-check-in beforehand.

The hotel is self-check in, Ctrip did not send a reservation number starting with 4, resulting in the need to contact the hotel staff to check in. The location of the hotel is not close to the train station, it takes 10 minutes to walk or take the tram. But at this price, there are not many choices in Zurich, but fortunately the hotel is clean and business trips are ok.
