"I booked this hotel because of its convenient location, just a 10-minute drive to Zurich Airport and 20 minutes to downtown. The room was functionally designed. Although there was no fridge and electric kettle, a coffee machine was provided. Check-in was handled by a staff member, and there's parking available for those traveling by car but just remember to bring your ticket to get it validated. Car park is FOC. The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets like Coop, Aldi, Lidl, and more, which made it very convenient. I’d be happy to stay here again in the future."

Guest UserGreat hotel with fantastic, spacious rooms and really friendly service, from the bar staff to the front desk. It's wonderfully quiet, the beds are superb, and the facilities are excellent. And of course, don't forget the free bikes you can borrow! The complimentary minibar and the great in-room box are always a nice touch too! Would happily stay again!

Guest UserA magnificent place for traveling around Switzerland from Zurich. Very clean and smells good. Premium quality shower amenities. We were offered a room on the 7th floor, where we couldn't hear the parties on the ground floor. Good sound insulation. Also on the 7th floor were a sauna and a gym with scenic windows.
The mini-bar in the room was free. It included: water, cola, beer, nuts, and a chocolate bar.
Everything was very tasty.
Thanks to the staff and the hotel for the warm welcome and excellent service!

Located on a mountain, during the peak season for lilacs, the hotel staff, though shy and professional, diligently served each guest despite their limited English. A special commendation was given to the hotel reception for daily complimentary fresh apples. Their manager, a finance graduate who transitioned to this role to balance work and family, remained remarkably professional and elegant, leaving a lasting impression. Their respect for Chinese culture, their understanding of Sino-Swiss cultural exchange, and their natural conversation about the China-Europe Railway Express made us feel truly valued. Furthermore, everything from breakfast and bedding to honeymoon arrangements and timely directions was impeccable. We are extremely grateful for all of this and wish the hotel continued success!

sportspoonIts actually quite a walk from Zurich HB if u're travelling with an elderly, but my mother made it. There's actually a bus that you can take to the 'Central' bus stop and walk from there tho googlemap wont route u there coz its relatively a short walk. We stayed here for 1 night on arrival. Very comfortable and friendly staff.

In general, the hotel offers a balance between fee, location, and service. The room is clean, the location is suitable for walking to all the sightseeing places in Zurich. However, it is noteworthy that the bathroom and the toilet are not inside the room, you must go to separate places. This is not mentioned when I place the booking, or I didn’t pay attention to this detail. I travelled during the not-busy season so it is OK, most of the time when I wanted to use the bathroom, it was available. However, during the travel seasons, you should be aware.

Anonymous UserI absolutely do not recommend staying in the east wing. To get there, you have to walk through quite a long tunnel from the main building. The rooms are very small, and the bathroom is super cramped too (if you open the door, you have to close it again to use the toilet because there's no space). The room isn't even big enough for two people to sit down and eat takeout.
Furthermore, something I found quite uncomfortable is that the room doesn't have windows that open. I like fresh air, and that makes the atmosphere feel stuffy and dry. When I booked, I didn't check the room type carefully and didn't expect to encounter so many inconveniences.
Before checking in, reception told me I could pay extra to switch to a better room, and that there were many large rooms available in the main building that night. (At hotels like InterContinental or Marriott, in situations like this, I usually get a free upgrade). If there are so many rooms available, I don't understand why they don't let you try one without charge. (I'm just giving my opinion; I know the hotel isn't obligated to do so).

BaibaiyiyiThis hotel shares a building and front desk with an Ibis. The room was quite spacious, with central air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen facilities. It's about an 8-minute walk from Zurich main station, which is very convenient. Be aware that you need to actively request room cleaning at the front desk, otherwise, it won't be done. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was poor; I'm not sure about other rooms. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

The hotel is self-check in, Ctrip did not send a reservation number starting with 4, resulting in the need to contact the hotel staff to check in. The location of the hotel is not close to the train station, it takes 10 minutes to walk or take the tram. But at this price, there are not many choices in Zurich, but fortunately the hotel is clean and business trips are ok.

Guest Userhello. accommodation was a 3.5/5. very well could have been a 5/5 though.
the location was amazing, right next to the train station and nearby supermarkets. it was rather clean with lovely crisp sheets, and clean surfaces accompanied with a balcony. there was a clothes line provided as-well as washing machines and dryers downstairs in the basement. there was a kitchen with most of the utensils necessary, however points are lost for the lack of cleaning supplies (literally none). we couldn’t clean our dishes…. there was no hand soap in the bathroom, but there was provided shampoo/body wash so not a big deal. there was quite bad water pressure on the showers behalf, and on the final two days of our stay there was no hot water at all, which was quite frustrating (we didn’t contact anyone to help though).
overall it was quite a nice stay and I would definitely recommend this place with some slight improvements.
