All good except a few of the female customer service at the reception were rather abrupt.
Concierge were excellent, always welcoming when we arrive back to the hotel.
Very convenient to Shenzhenbei Railway Station.
Security at the ground floor is welcoming and strictly with cars and people loitering.
Would recommend to family and friends.

Excellent choice for us arriving late by HSR as good instructions given to walk ＜100m to hotel from Shenzhenbei Railway Station. No hassles with transport and traffic. Lobby at 46 floor and great views from very comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay again when back in Shenzhen.

Amazing stay at Pullman shenzhen north! Everything was great, even had a free upgrade upon checking in. Breakfast was not too bad. Location is super convenient, would love to be back!

房間很不錯，面積不算很大，但是設施很好，行政酒廊的餐食也不錯。就是早餐時間對起床困難户不太友好，10點就收餐了。但是可以讓我打包回房間吃，這點很貼心。歡迎水果就需要我們提醒才給這點需要你們主動一點。酒店看着很新、保潔服務也很周到。以後來還會考慮住這。

設施：很智能基本上都是遙控的
環境：環境特別好，很乾凈，很新房間佈局也很不錯
服務：服務態度特別好；而且早餐很好吃是自助然後點外賣樓下還有一個專門的外賣櫃，不用怕丟失酒店大堂也很漂亮，特別出片，然後落地窗外的城景特別美，特別是晚上咖啡機真的好評，午餐和早餐可以在房間點他會送上來自助的話是去樓下吃電梯是刷卡上去總體感覺很不錯而且離地鐵站特別近，深圳北一出來走幾步路就到了

出高鐵就有酒店的指示牌一直指示到46樓前台，一點也不用擔心找不到酒店，剛到大堂就受到Molly and Mia的熱情接待，辦理完入住，進門發現已經開好空調拉開窗簾關好窗紗迎接我們入住了，保潔阿姨也及時送來了小童拖鞋，走廊碰到修理工都會熱情問好。房間不是很大，但是衞浴區很大。早餐雖然種類沒有別的酒店多，但都很精緻，居然還有豆腐花和蒸腸粉。酒店的西點看起來都好有食慾，是我住過的五星中最好的西點，以前住酒店從不吃西點，這次吃了很多。爭取寒假帶娃刷科學技術館再來住

從柬埔寨旅遊回來半夜落地深圳，因為過兩天要坐高鐵回杭州，所以選擇深圳北站的鉑爾曼酒店入住。總體來説，各方面都挺好，床品舒適，沒有噪音，早餐挺好吃，服務也很專業細緻! 推薦！

龍華附近衹有這麼一個高端酒店了。
位置非常方便，設施也好，從北站一出來就是了。從酒店出來趕火車，15分鐘就能到候車口了，真的太方便了。
環境很好，都是46層以上的客房，view很不錯。
早餐也很好吃。值得再來～
健身房非常好，還有瑜伽室，真的意想不到的好。

這次入住深圳深鐵鉑爾曼酒店的高級大床房，整體感覺非常良好！房間寬敞舒適，佈置現代雅緻，床品尤其柔軟，保證了優質的睡眠。酒店的服務也很到位，工作人員態度專業且友好，讓人感覺貼心。
美中不足的是，原本期待能有機會升級套房，但瞭解到需要額外付款費用，這點略感小小遺憾。不過，值得安慰的是酒店提供的自助早餐是免費的，而且種類豐富、品質上乘，中西式選擇多樣，開啟了一天的好心情，算是一個不錯的補償。
總的來説，是一次滿意的入住體驗，高級大床房的基礎設施和服務都值得肯定，免費的優質早餐是亮點。下次來深圳，會考慮再次選擇這裏。
