晚上在房間吃宵夜，看到窗外有奇怪的光閃着閃着，初以為是大廈頂樓的光點，但越看越奇怪，因房間對正着是深圳北車站，對出是沒有高樓大廈的，所以探頭往窗外看，發現原來是一架無人機在我住的51樓房間窗外停留着，極度懷疑該無人機正在拍攝，只是窗邊看了十多秒左右，想拿手機拍攝也來不及，它就向上向下飛，之後就飛走了。隨後打電話到前台通知這事情。
房間對出沒有其他高樓大廈，沒有很近距離望到其他大廈，景觀實在不錯，所以沒有拉上窗簾，原意是邊吃宵夜邊欣賞夜景的，但當刻感覺被偷窺了一樣，幸好當時我們全家人有穿整齊衣服。
請酒店認真關注這無人機事件！
這是第二次入住，我對酒店服務各樣也很好！
有機會的話，希望不會影響我下一次的入住。

很少寫差評，但這家酒店必須要有，個人經歷僅供參考，有情侶入住、朋友來訪、要點外賣、注意衞生需求的謹慎選擇。
1、 私隱和打擾：首先這是一家在你入住後會不斷查房的酒店，該酒店在我辦理入住後的第二天凌晨打電話要求同住人登記，注意時間是凌晨一點半，本人差旅至今十年從未有過類似經歷，雖然理解合規要求，但實在離譜，建議謹慎考慮；
2、 服務態度：在此指出酒店一位名叫Melina Jiang的服務員溝通態度極其惡劣，令人非常不悦，於是決定立即退房，更換酒店居住，一晚房費換給你一個差評，你真的值得；
3、 送餐慢： 入住的第二天中午一點三十七分外賣員表示已經將外賣交由酒店機器人，在等待半小時後依然沒有拿到外賣，致電前台後渺無音信，再次致電詢問後才表示機器人沒有回來所以無法知道外賣進展，最後由經理（這位經理服務態度很好）人工送到門口，表示是因為機器人急停了導致的，總計歷時40分鐘左右；
4、 衞生問題：入住的時候可以留意一下洗浴瓶裝三件套，因為瓶子不會替換，而泵頭是金屬的，連接桿可以看到非常明顯的大量銹蝕。
