"We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen."

"The villa has a novel decoration. You can ask the restaurant to bring you a plate of food. After dinner, you can walk for 6 minutes to the seaside boardwalk next to it. The sunset scenery brings a poetic feeling. Sitting on the lounge chair on the plank road and listening to the sound of waves hitting the beach, all the fatigue of the day disappeared. The balcony on the second floor of the villa has a good view of the eastern OCT."

"I booked a room with a private bath and a full ocean view. The room was spotless and tidy. The private bathtub on the terrace was spacious enough for me to soak in while gazing out at the ocean. It was a real treat. I came with my girlfriend, and she loved it. Our two-day stay was truly comfortable. Unfortunately, I mostly filmed short videos and didn't take many photos, so I can't upload them. The breakfast was generous, and the afternoon tea was delicious. Our housekeeper, Ashan, was incredibly attentive, meticulously handling everything from booking to arranging the room, even helping with laundry. The service and atmosphere were on par with a five-star hotel. Although the room rate was a bit high, I had no regrets at all; it was truly worth it. This vacation was a truly wonderful experience. "Come to this resort hotel to relax during the Lantern Festival. After checking in, the staff took us to the room on a golf cart. At first we thought the room was far away, but we didn't know it was near the lobby. The room was bigger than the description, with a kitchen, a king size bed, and a double bed in front of the bed. Round dining table. The kitchen has stoves and ovens, and snacks and drinks in the refrigerator are free, including Coke, beer, cup noodles, etc. The swimming pool is not too big and is only suitable for splashing around. There are floating beds in the room, and the check-in is excellent. The toilet is also very large, with separate dry and wet areas. There is a bathtub and disposable bath bags, so you don’t need to bring your own, which is great. Breakfast is served at a Chinese restaurant near the lobby. Two people can order 10 dim sums. Their comprehensive butler service covered everything from pick-up and drop-off to convenient in-room dining for afternoon tea, evening desserts, and even breakfast – incredibly convenient and a wonderful experience. Our requests for extra water and hangers were promptly accommodated, and they even gifted us a 50 RMB dining voucher. Overall: Although the weather wasn't ideal and there was some construction happening outside our room, it didn't diminish my enjoyment of celebrating my 40th birthday here one bit!"

"The location is superb, easily accessible via Metro Lines 1 and 5. Yifangcheng shopping mall is just across the street, which is very close and convenient. The hotel boasts a serene environment, occupying its own entire complex. There's a lake with ducks, which children particularly enjoyed. There's also a charming coffee book bar. The rooms are clean and tidy, perfect for family stays. Guests can also do laundry, and there's a balcony with hangers for drying clothes. The only minor drawback is the lack of a TV in the room. Sometimes, when you don't feel like going out, there's genuinely nothing to do. Given the room rate isn't particularly low, it would be much better if breakfast were included. This is especially true since the breakfast variety is quite limited, and at 38 yuan per person, it feels a bit pricey. Furthermore, our room faced the street, and while the balcony's glass door offered excellent sound insulation from outside, the soundproofing between rooms was quite poor. On our first night, we could clearly hear a child in the adjacent room still yelling loudly at 10 PM!"

Our Elsa Garden View Family Room in Block E was spotless and cozy, equipped with thoughtful amenities. The service was excellent – the staff were warm and attentive, and we even received two complimentary delicious breakfasts. The cliff-edge sea view was absolutely breathtaking, and feeling the sea breeze was incredibly relaxing. It's truly ideal for family trips, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time!"
