"We have been staying here 3 years on a row , absolutely love this service apartment, it has everything you can think of, it’s very clean , it has a washing machine, microwave etc, all the necessities etc, the staff are wonderful, especially Vivi, who has been here since the first time I came . Dongmen is on the doorstep, liajie metro is 3 min walk away! Already planning our stay for next year!"

"We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen."

"With summer vacation over, I finally had some time to myself to unwind and enjoy life. The lovely lady at the front desk kindly gave me a free upgrade to a negative ion sleep room, which was fantastic! I slept soundly all night. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is super convenient, just 5 minutes away from Dongmen and Kingglory Plaza. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Luohu Port. Highly recommended!"

"We are a family of 4, we booked the 2 bedroom deluxe and the suite exceeded our expectations. The place is brand new. A bit hard to find for the didi drivers because the driveway to the building looks like a sidewalk. Maybe need more signs to help get to the main door. Check in was swift, suite was huge from what we expected!! 2 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 king, 2 toilets, one with shower, one with tub, kitchen, dining, living room. Each room had a TV. They have a huge gym I wished I had time to use. There is a 7/11 convenience store around the corner of the building. Otherwise you can ask them to help you order food delivery. They have a washer dryer and kitchen but there are no utensils, cooking stuff, laundry soap in the unit, no worries just ask for what you need and they will to send these things up with the robot. I think most people don't use it anyways so they will give it when asked. They were so nice offered us complimentary coffee and buns for breakfast. We weren't sure how to use the dryer part of the 2in1 machine and they sent someone up straight away. I had ordered things that went missing and the front desk helped me out day and night, thank you so much! My chinese isnt so good so they helped me type and call for everything I needed. I asked them where to find items to buy and they ordered it to the hotel apartment immediately. They booked a private hire to Hong Kong for me too. If your Chinese is no good, it is helpful to carry their business card or have them write the chinese address so the didi/ taxi drivers can read it. My family loved staying here, and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Shen Zhen, it was so close to the main areas. Value for money, so new, so comfortable and so welcomed. "I was very pleased! My room wasn't quite ready, so they upgraded my room type. The neighborhood has an incredible selection of delicious food, with many being well-established, popular local spots that have been around for decades – you absolutely can't go wrong! Plus, transportation is incredibly convenient."

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The room we booked is like a studio apartment with mimi kitchen (no crockery and cutlery are provided) sitting area with sofa and tv projector( free to watch all channels, movies and varieties show from china), a small study table and king bed. The layout is good except for the washroom. Its a bit squeezy for a big sized man. Our floor is on 23th floor non smoking. As for location, it is good. There is supermart （河马先生），famous tim sum restaurant, macdonald and local eateries. All these shops are directly below the apartment. A short walk to mrt exit A 燕南. There is a walmart outlet not far away. I certainly need to praise XiaoLin for his help during our stay. He arranged for the didi driver to carpark B2 to transfer us to another hotel. There was a typhoon on that day. Very heavy rain but we did not get drenched at all. Many thanks to his help to communicate to the driver to carpark n load our luggage. Pls do go to lvl 10th for check in. U will see Ms Zhang and XiaoLin. Both are very helpful and attentive to our requests. By the way, pls go to the lift lobby opposite macdonald to level 10th for check in. This location is near futian n huaqiiangbei."

"The room comes with a projector, which is a fantastic perk! And it's evident why this place gets such rave reviews. The central air conditioning is a definite plus; it doesn't blow directly, making it very comfortable. The bathroom also features a convenient wet and dry separation. Overall, the living environment is superb. Plus, you get great views from both the balcony and the bedroom. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Shenzhen!"

"The reception is at 6th floor, which is a garden podium with other small retail shops then you take another lift from that floor at the designated block to your room. There are total of 3 blocks. This place is blended with other residential users. Quiet, decent and efficient. Room is clean and facilities are all up to standard. I have previously stayed in the 2 bedrooms suite as well. The qualities are alike. You can set your Taobao collection point at the 6th floor pick up point as well. The only thing I can fault is the lift, it takes 2-3 minutes or rather long enough to get from your floor to the ground floor but other than this, the location is great. I always arrange my didi taxi to pick me up infront of the building. There are few relaxations massage shop within the buildings which are reasonably priced for the convenience and open until pretty late like 2am."
