"The hotel rooms are brand new, spacious, and the ambiance is fantastic. They are fully equipped with comfortable beds and excellent water pressure, and we loved the smart room controls. The location is super convenient for getting around, being very close to Dongmen Old Street. Highly recommend! Our flight was in the evening, and the front desk staff kindly arranged a late check-out for us. Both the cleaning staff and breakfast service personnel were incredibly friendly and hospitable. While having a laundry service is a thoughtful touch, we were quite disappointed that our washed clothes were not delivered back to our room; we had to go and retrieve them ourselves. What's even more frustrating is that the clothes were still soaking wet as they hadn't been dried at all. As a result, our clothes, which weren't smelly to begin with, now had a worse odor."

"We are a family of 4, we booked the 2 bedroom deluxe and the suite exceeded our expectations. The place is brand new. A bit hard to find for the didi drivers because the driveway to the building looks like a sidewalk. Maybe need more signs to help get to the main door. Check in was swift, suite was huge from what we expected!! 2 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 king, 2 toilets, one with shower, one with tub, kitchen, dining, living room. Each room had a TV. They have a huge gym I wished I had time to use. There is a 7/11 convenience store around the corner of the building. Otherwise you can ask them to help you order food delivery. They have a washer dryer and kitchen but there are no utensils, cooking stuff, laundry soap in the unit, no worries just ask for what you need and they will to send these things up with the robot. I think most people don't use it anyways so they will give it when asked. They were so nice offered us complimentary coffee and buns for breakfast. We weren't sure how to use the dryer part of the 2in1 machine and they sent someone up straight away. I had ordered things that went missing and the front desk helped me out day and night, thank you so much! My chinese isnt so good so they helped me type and call for everything I needed. I asked them where to find items to buy and they ordered it to the hotel apartment immediately. They booked a private hire to Hong Kong for me too. If your Chinese is no good, it is helpful to carry their business card or have them write the chinese address so the didi/ taxi drivers can read it. My family loved staying here, and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Shen Zhen, it was so close to the main areas. Value for money, so new, so comfortable and so welcomed. "The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are very helpful. My package included an access to the executive lounge. It has a good look of mountains and a pond. The staff are there are very courteous and helpful. The light snacks served at the lounge ate good enough for a light dinner. The hotel us a bit far away from the nearby shopping mall. There is nothing around the hotel except for fashion centers that my family did not have time for a visit. The swimming pool is small compared with a 4 or 5 star hotel."

"Originally booked a lower two-level room, misunderstood the garden view room has a window looking out the street, but it turns out the window is looking at a fake plant, based on escape safety reasons, I inquire with the front desk staff if I can upgrade the room, but the higher level really have a window looking out the street room is full, the remaining room with windows is this bathtub room Upgrade two levels need to compensate the difference, I agree, also electronically pay the RMB difference, the room is the right hand side aisle in the corner, a room very hot, plug the room card to power, air conditioning is not on, it was not central air conditioning, is an independent remote switch It's only warm air, so decided to wait a while, I checked whether there is hot water, the switch is normal, the usb charger has no response, everything is normal, but it turns out that the window in the room is open, no wonder the room is so hot, and heard the sound of cars + pedestrians, check normal, is the air conditioner no cold air out, immediately go to the front desk to inquire, Female staff quickly replied immediately accompanied back into the room check, she felt no cold wind, however she asked me to plug in the room card to get power, on the air conditioner until I finished dinner to go, if not cool, can change back to the original room + refund the upgrade money, I accepted, back after dinner, fortunately back air conditioning, but have to keep set Below 20 degrees is cool enough ✅ Front desk ️ Waiters have done their best to solve questions, bathtub long enough, good water temperature, and a disposable free bathtub cover + bubble bath ball, type c + usb switch, curtains enough shading; very close to the subway station, downstairs convenience and kfc ❌️ However, the housekeeper is not so attentive, the window is not closed; table + shower stains; morning maintenance moving materials sound, maintained for a long time; intelligent system needs to connect to the app to use, in addition to starting the screen to play movies successfully, other opening curtains + contact front desk + switch lights can not be controlled through Tmall elf"

"Grateful that unlimited water is provided. Laundry service also a good plus for me. However, reception lady professionalism yet to improve. I.e: requested to ask for a taxi, she responded we can book online via handphone despite she should aware overseas traveller might have difficulties. Similarly asking location confirmation, she responded the same that we are able to check online by ourselves. It happened on 22/7, the day we check out . While, we still have strong good impression on E Charm hotel, especially great experience stay at Taiyuan few months ago."

"This was my second stay, but this time it was a family trip with our children. We arrived at the hotel well past 9 PM, but the check-in process at the front desk was warm and efficient. While checking in, we also had the unique opportunity to sample and select an aromatherapy scent (since we were traveling with kids, we chose a mild, non-irritating option that was then delivered to our room), and enjoyed some tea. After check-in, they thoughtfully informed us that the hotel's complimentary late-night supper service was about to end, and we could still go eat if we were hungry (this was a first for me, as I'd never encountered a hotel offering late-night supper before!). To our delight, our room type was also upgraded after checking in, which we were absolutely thrilled about! The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all, as always, very satisfactory. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's design and the beautiful night views. Definitely a five-star rating!"

Its prime location, just a few minutes' walk away, saved me a lot of commuting hassle. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. "The room was exceptionally well-appointed. The bathrobes were a highlight, crafted from top-tier Egyptian cotton, they felt incredibly soft and silky smooth – truly like being wrapped in a cloud. The bathtub room experience epitomized luxury and comfort, making it a standout, premium indulgence. "We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed a superb service.  Everyone was extremely helpful and tried very hard to ensure our stay was pleasant. One of us was offered a free breakfast during the stay. Jiang Wen at front desk helped with WiFi connections and was kind enough to let us use her local phone number for our take-out food deliveries.  The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. Late night snacks/meals are a real bonus after a long day out. Free self-serve laundry with washers and dryers across from the breakfast hall is super convenient. The location is near metro subway station and is within 10-15 mins taxi rides to many areas in the city. We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to Shenzhen!"
