非常好嘅一次入住👍 酒店經驗 ，環境服務都超好， 健身房勁大設施齊全， 最開心有兩個泳池， 由於嗰日女朋友生日 ，酒店都有送咗個小小嘅🎂 cheesecake 最開心嘅係落樓下精釀酒吧， 我將個蛋糕攞咗落去，副經理Stella張靜靜幫我安排畀女朋友一個小驚喜， 仲幫我哋安排駐場歌手，唱生日歌同佢慶祝，服務一流👍

第一次來到前海JEN酒店，感覺比預期好。香港有跨境巴士經深圳灣直達酒店門口，同樣回程也可在酒店門口坐跨境巴士直接回港。酒店出行也很方便，打滴滴10分鐘內便可到附近商圈，食飯行街都很方便。
酒店服務員都很有禮貌，特別多謝Tina升級我們的房間到高層灣景房，還幫忙延遲退房至下午二時。還有服務員Eva在退房時為我們送上小禮物，還特別預備樽裝水給我們回程途中享用，真的很貼心。
房間方面都算寬敞，衛生環境也很好。健身室是24小時的，晚上食飯回酒店後還可以去做運動。室內泳池有點小，室外泳池比較滿意。早餐是自助形式，食物種類也很豐富。整體來說，是一次很好的體驗。
