地鐵到公寓不需十分鐘路程，還可以穿過商場行過去。距離最近的仁恆夢商場只是幾分鐘，商場裡可說是應有盡有，還有我最愛吃的舟山水產。帶小朋友去龍崗兒童公園，都只是15分鐘左右，已是十分方便。
雖然遇上冷氣機有問題，店家反應迅速，很快就處理得好，而且房間相當舒適，小朋友都很喜歡。當然公寓不能與酒店級數相比，但性價比已算是不俗。總括來說，都是值得推介給大家的。
