第一間房間有蚊蟲洗面枱有大量水跡
服務人員很好馬上幫我們更換房間
可惜第二個房間亦有水跡 地板亦有水痕
另外早餐食物味道選擇十分差劣用善後更有腸胃不適

I stayed for three nights and the room card was demagnetized four times
I was doing laundry and my clothes were taken away by the housekeeper.
The room lady was quite nice and helped me find it.
The front desk didn't apologize at all.
Location and facilities are OK
A Teochew restaurant on the fourth floor is also OK

Very new and clean, good front desk service, great location, and really high cost performance! I had read some negative reviews online (mainly about the air conditioning not being adjustable and poor sound insulation), but in fact the air conditioning was adjustable, and the sound insulation was indeed not as good as a five-star hotel but acceptable.
