出差到天安雲谷，發現附近就有酒店，這裡有兩棟，一棟LOFT，一個平層，預訂時沒有意識到分屬不同的樓（有一定距離），晚上抵達實在太累了不想拖着行李要換樓；前台小姐姐也注意到這個點、叫上考慮到我是第一次入住。則主動幫升級到本樓；減少奔波，非常感動！
另外，酒店環境很不錯！
