High floor, lake view, moderately sized room, soft and comfortable indoor slippers, washing machine and enough hangers, free snacks, candies/bottled water/milk, good. However, the washroom, toilet and bath are together, and the partition door between the bathroom and toilet is transparent, so only one person can use the entire space at a time, which is not very convenient. Cleanliness is average. There are hair and dust in the bathroom/indoor stairs/entrance. There is dust on the air conditioner outlet. Hope it can be improved. The front desk only checked in and checked out and just said it was OK. There was no other information or facilities provided, so there was no service at all.
