除了之前説的浴缸是擺件外，我從未見過要求如此之多（房間裏全是貼條），發過來的條款也如此之多的民宿，表面上看起來像是服務很好，但實際上是把責任全部都推到消費者這邊。雖然是民宿不是酒店，雖然本來不説我也會收拾垃圾，但是言語裏面都是讓人不舒服的條件；雖然要保持安靜，但是，22點在陽台正常對話音量也要叫保安上來敲門，話都不能説了；然後就是話真的太多了，早上9點就開始找我問退不退房，11點又問，我忙我就不喜歡別人打斷我的做事，你説你都立了那麼多規矩了，按規矩辦事唄，無非就是想省成本早點打掃，增加售出概率，但是代價客户來承擔是嗎？ 最後按金不提醒也不主動退，對於我這種一年到頭都在外面住酒店的人來説，這也是頭一次見！我真心覺得如果你説這小區條件就是這樣的，那麼完全可以不做，不是每個房間都適合做，當然也可以花本錢改造，或者改善服務態度，而不是給人一種似乎房間還不錯，價格也挺高，入住體驗就是不太好的感覺。

而且衛生方面也挺不錯，例如浸浴有包一次性浴桶套

這個價位其實選擇很多，訂了這家就是因為浴缸和陽台。結果放熱水差不多放了兩個小時多才放好半缸，因為所謂的熱水缸比浴缸小，所以放5分鐘要停10分鐘。直接從11點多給我放到凌晨快兩點都還不能泡個熱水澡，特別離譜。

優點：房間整潔，服務態度好，樓下就是超市，附近還有好多好吃的
缺點：空調的制暖不太好（可能這兩天天氣太冷）
