It was a really luxurious stay with a beautiful room and surroundings. The room has excellent high quality amenities and they provided snacks and drinks!The location is convenient right in the middle of the YangMeiKeng area. The high tea and breakfast were delicious. Best part was the staff, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to all our needs and gave good recommendations for food and activities in the area. We wanted to pay for an upgrade as I realised I booked the room without a bathtub but they gave us a larger room with a lovely tub for free! Would definitely come back to try their oceanview rooms!

We went on a rainy day, the reception lady was really kind. Food was great. She also helped us book the sister restaurant which has a great view. Very communicative and attentive service. Would come back again.

One of my favorite beach side hotel we stayed at. The room gives cozy and relaxing ambience the pictures just couldn’t do the justice. Not to mention the hotel staffs were more than welcoming and accommodating. Perfect place to enjoy the weekend. Recommend to check in early to enjoy the afternoon tea on the patio.

Sanyea is about 2hr drive from Shenzen airport (1hr from train station), in a beach location away from the hustle of town. There are a number of small or big seafood restaurants nearby plus convenience stores, which is perfect for a getaway. Beach is just behind the hotel and Park in walking distance. Boating nearby.
The hotel itself is along the main road, so depending on where your room is can be noisy if you leave your window open (closed window and it is good, there is aircon in the room). The staff is super friendly and will recommend activities or help in any way. All done via chat. The rooms and all common areas are clean and well maintained. The room has a hairdryer, weighing scale and iron and shower gel, lotion, conditioner are provided. There is tea/coffee/snack/fruit in the room. Food served is excellent: 3 choices of breakfast set, afternoon tea set, plus in the evening sweet dessert is served as supper. The terrace on 2nd level is nice to sit and stargaze or listen to the waves of the ocean.

We left a bag and they were very good to send us the bag back which had my iPhone in the bag. Very attentive and good manners.

Very decent hostel, highly recommended to stay on 2nd floor as a bit noisy in the rooms on 1st floor facing the beachfront. The staff are nice and helpful, will definitely come back again.

酒店的位置很好，出門不遠就是果凍海沙灘或者趕海石灘，周邊吃喝也很方便，去鹿咀山莊也很方便，走一會就到飛艇或者擺渡車。
酒店服務非常棒，送下午茶和夜宵糖水，早餐出品也很棒，房間很衞生乾淨和富有設計感，服務非常熱情，下次來楊梅坑依然會首選未名海！
