TRUE GO Hotel (Shenzhen Exhibition Center Fumin Subway Station)

We booked a Cozy Queen Room for two nights, and upon check-in we were told the room would be small, so we paid a bit more to upgrade to a Boutique Queen Room because we had two large suitcases. There was just enough room to open both suitcases. The room was clean and it had a great view onto the main road at the front of the hotel. It also had separate toilet and shower spaces. The hotel was easy to find. The building is shared with a restaurant and another hotel, but reception is on ground floor and easy to access. We had issues with the internet strength in the room (we were on the 7th floor). While using data roaming to watch shows at night on our phones, videos would regularly need to buffer. We didn’t use the WiFi because we were watching on a platform that would be blocked by the firewall. Another issue we experienced during our stay was the doors of the left lift struggling to close when leaving the 7th floor. It happened a few times and each time we ended up taking the right lift to go to ground floor. The receptionists were very polite each time I asked them for help. We left our luggage at the reception on our last day after we checked out, and when we returned, they offered us two water bottles for the road, which I appreciated.

I recently stayed at Echarm Plus Hotel near the metro station in Guangzhou, and my experience was overall very positive. Location: The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the metro station, which makes it super convenient for exploring Guangzhou. Whether you’re heading to Canton Fair, Canton Tower, or the city center, the connectivity is excellent. There are also plenty of shops, cafés, and local food options around, which made the stay even easier. Rooms: The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a good rest after long days of traveling. The air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot water all worked smoothly. The bed was especially comfortable, and housekeeping maintained the room well. Staff & Service: The staff was polite and helpful. Even though English communication was limited, they tried their best to assist using translation apps. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Facilities: The hotel feels new and well-maintained. The lobby and common areas look clean and modern. The overall environment is peaceful, which is great for business travelers and tourists. Overall Experience: I had a comfortable and hassle-free stay at Echarm Plus Hotel. With its prime location near the metro, clean rooms, and good service, it is definitely a great value for money. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou.

I really enjoyed my time here — the room was modern, very clean, and comfortable. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the metro and easy to reach anywhere in the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth. Everything felt new and well-maintained. Only small downside: breakfast could have a bit more variety. Overall, excellent value for money — I’d definitely stay again!

Staffs are friendly. Drinks all can refillable, room is clean and quiet. Can get the free food and snack at 11am and welcome drink. Area is nearby Fu Min exit B and cross 1 road. Hotel opposite have market, massage and cinema. Hotel have free wifi and AI robot deliver system.

Very good location, just right beside MRT. They did provide unlimited drinks👍👍👍
