The service was excellent, warm and polite. The breakfast was rich and varied with many choices. However, I studied the shower for a long time and found that it was hot when I turned to the right, not cold as shown in the icon. There were a lot of flies in the indoor bakery, which caused unnecessary disturbance. Although the cakes were great, the swimming pool was under maintenance and I couldn't swim freely in this hot summer. I didn't swim for one day and it returned to normal the next day. The swimming pool of the W Hotel in Hong Kong was also under maintenance, but they could refer me to the Ritz-Carlton swimming pool next door of the same group.
