I recently stayed at Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen, and I must say, this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had – all thanks to their incredible staff and flawless service.
From the moment I checked in, every single request I had was handled promptly and professionally. I needed to adjust a Spa reservation last minute – done. I requested a customized halal menu at their restaurant – not only did they accommodate it, but they did so thoughtfully and without any hassle. Even packages and orders sent to the front desk were immediately tracked and I was notified – nothing was missed. Their attention to detail is unmatched.
What stood out most was their 24/7 customer service via WhatsApp. My assistant communicated with them at various hours, and no matter what time it was, all inquiries were responded to quickly and thoroughly. This level of responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated, especially when traveling for business or with a tight schedule.
Everything about this hotel – from the service to the facilities – was so good that I will definitely be booking here again for my future trips. The Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen team truly sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality.

第一次住深圳的文華東方，很滿意，超出預期。本來還疑問為什麼深圳的價格比新加坡還貴不少，入住後感到了差別。首先，房型更寬敞，佈局也更合理。第二，配套的服務和小驚喜也更多一些。第三，也許是語言親近的原因，感覺服務也會更好😀
