廣州出差順便到深圳看老友，朋友住在南山，在攜程上選擇很多，最後還是決定中規中矩的連鎖品牌皇冠假日酒店。酒店地理位置很好，去深圳機場半個小時左右；酒店B1可以直通深大地鐵站，出行還是比較方便的。
因為預訂的是行政房，酒店的行政酒廊還是蠻多驚喜的，餐食雖不多但足夠精緻，名字叫Alina的服務員細緻周到的服務給我們留下深刻印象，就是遺憾沒能享用酒廊下午茶

非常棒的酒店，挑空大堂，房間方正，視野開闊。服務周到，特別是Ashley，提前就安排好房間。泳池在48樓，飽覽南山的科技高樓，能看到海對面的香港。交通方便，電梯可直達深大地鐵站D口。性價比很高的酒店。

房間不錯的，風景也很美。就是辦理入住時間太長了，等待時間特別久，就到下午五點才住進去，也不知道為什麼打掃這麼慢，雖然也一再跟我們解釋了原因，説是人太多了，退房時間比較遲，所以影響了入住，但還是希望酒店能改進一下這個問題，不能讓客户等待太久，這樣子體驗感不是太好。當然酒店整體很不錯的還是很推薦住的，餐飲還是不錯的，客服態度都很好，當然還是可以作為再次選擇的地方，希望以後入住可以快一點。

第一次住深鐵皇冠，大堂在46樓。酒店乾淨整潔，房間設施新，隔音好。打開自動180度窗簾，夜景和晨景都很贊，號稱宇宙第一街道的“粵海街道”全景映入眼簾。前台小夥子服務不錯，給我房間做了升級。退房時，前台外面站立的小姑娘一對一給我提供開發票服務，服務温馨有禮。
