The hotel room is clean, with great view and the staffs were really friendly. We really appreciated the service attitude of everyone from the lobby to the restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back.

Location is excellent coz it just 1min walk from exit D of Shenzhen university station. Services is good as well.

Many thanks go to staff especially Dexter 鄭 & Alex 張 at frontdesk and Ms Minnie (on 45/F lounge) who are professional in customer services. Great time for celebration there! The evening cocktail standard is just so so, but the breakfast is nice! Great for enjoying Ginger Ale & afternoon tea at lounge, and tasty grape juice at lounge and breakfast!!! Thanks for the tasty birthday cake💚
The only things that require improvement are:
1) possible mis-communication between back office staff & housekeeping which caused an hour+ delay
2) a few-days delay of returning the room deposit
3) staff at lobby bar came to clear only partial rubbish of the previous customer, but left some rubbish on our table .... strange
4) No NHK Japanese TV programe in room. Only Korean one offered.
May revisit this hotel in future again 🙂🙂

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, organized, clean, and neat.  It also had a great view with a small couch and a table by the window, it was nice to work while watching a great view.  The staff was nice and it did not take too long to check in or check out. They offer luggage keeping service.
Personally, I like the structure of shower room and washroom, placement of the bathtub, selections of teas and drip bag (they have decaf), hair dryer, large window.
The location is great too. It was very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport, and it is just right above the metro station, I would say one minute walk.
Although you have to transfer one time, it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the Futian station where you can take the train to get to Hong Kong. 

I would definitely like to visit here again when I travel to Shenzhen next time.

I’m very surprised with the quality of the hotel with the price it charged. Totally worth the value! Location is superb! Less than 10 minutes walk to MIXC and a subway D entrance is inside the hotel building so super easy to get to everywhere.
Special thanks to the front desk staff to give us an upgrade upon check-in.😊
Also great thanks to housekeeping staff 黃喜梅 for being so thoughtful!
We will definitely back stay again soon!
