酒店所謂銷售經理在公共場合大聲吼客户，真的很震驚，進行投訴後所謂值班經理的解決方案也相當敷衍沒有誠意，在該酒店套房住了快半個月了，真的對希爾頓的服務不敢高攀，太可怕了，是什麼樣管理水平，導致酒店工作人員可以隨意大聲吼客服，真是驚為天人
