優點：
1.比較靠近海邊
2.房間採光好，遮光簾能完全遮光
3.一樓帶廚房，方便煮東西吃
4.距離大鵬所城的市場比較近
缺點：
1.標註為海景房，但與海邊隔着另一間民宿，正對海景房落地窗時基本被擋着，衹有躺在床上望才大部分望到海
2.隔音較差，還好深夜周邊沒什麼人唱歌
3.距離停車場有點遠
建議：

Point + : Très bon accueil. La chambre était très bien. Le petit déjeuner est très bien servi. Il est situé juste à côté de la plage et de nombreux restos.
Point - : il est situé juste à coté d’un bar/resto qui diffuse de la musique toute la journée (les boum boum des basses s’entendent bien dans la chambre).

很好，環境很好，很乾凈，先前訂了一家別的店（領海小築）又臟又臭，然後改訂了這家，前台阿姨人很好，價格很便宜還包含早餐，去哪都很方便一出去就是海，走兩步就是小酒吧，燒烤，下次還會去，一樓客廳還有廚房呢！
