A hidden Gem in the Shenzhen City. Halton lifted to it brand provide with a premium’s standard, services, and well trained staffs from reception to the breakfast services. The staff include manager 吴, staff 刘take care of customers needs starting from early morning coffee.
The breakfast was great and healthy. The reception Miss 罗Jessica, and cici demonstrated good service and help to her guest. Particularly I must said Jessica demonstrate Hilton Hotel spirits and she go beyond her duty to assist guests need to make us feel so at home. Finally I just like to say this, “Hamilton this is where you like your journey to begin ’.

The service was awesome especially the cleaning ladies and the serving stuff in the kitchen. I liked the amenities. The sea view is great! The location is very convenient too!

The restaurant for breakfast is great, quite to our surprise. Restaurant waitress 刘明杰 walked me through some of the seasonal fruits in SZ and I found it very enjoyable to have a chat with a local like her.

The hotel is located a short ride away from Futian Checkpoint Departure Hall. I wish to commend Cici, Jessica and the gentleman who checked us in for their efficiency and friendliness.
