The hotel check in isn't smooth, I had a rough check in and check out and had to spend almost 3 hours bickering with the receptionist. The hotel informed me that they did not receive my booking and after so many checking, they found my booking and insisted for me to pay extra. I had to spend unnecessary time with this hotel and had to rush to another city already. The matter was later resolved by paying to the hotel and I had to cancel my booking but so much of hassle and wasted so much of my time. I will not return. I would advise you not too as well.

I had a fabulous stay in this great hotel. I would like to especially extend my appreciation to Mr DuWanYu who is at the front desk. He has been very helpful and informative. This is my second stay already. Will recommend to others of this great hotel.

The room is big
Like the bathtube
The gym is big but no AC when we went there
The chess room was charged but the staff did not let us know at the beginning

Stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and everything was great. But now the hotel is covered in mold, you will smell dampness and mold as soon as you arrive at the reception desk.
For foreigners very long check-in at the hotel. The staff doesn't know what to do when they see a foreign passport...

Nothing to shout about for this hotel. Pretty old inside. Take note that it may not be so suitable for families with children as there is a KTV club located inside. There’s also sex toys on sale in a vending machine inside the room.
Good thing is the location to the F&B places.

very neglected place and very expensive. The quality of food is very poor and bad and very greasy. So a place-shit for the price paid compared to other places of even lower 4 star category

Booked this hotel for its location, as it was close to China-UK College.
The room was very spacious, with two double beds. Everything qas fine except water pressure, hot water was slow.
Breakfast was barely acceptable. We arrived at nine, but many plates were empty and not refilled. Special thanks to the male manager, who brought me ketchup from the kitchen, which made the french fries more tasty.
