連住兩天，第一天房間沒有浴巾，用酒店打電話給前台，電話也打不通，第二天白天在酒店休息的時候，阿姨來敲門打掃衞生，我就説了一句暫時不用，下午出門的時候給前台説打掃一下房間衞生，結果阿姨直接在前台就罵人，這樣的素質來不了第二次，服務態度超級差，並且第一天晚上住的時候，上床就感覺到了床上沒有打掃乾淨，衞生環境很差，一點體驗感都沒有

名不副實的“温馨”，衹剩失望的體驗
預訂時滿心期待這家主打“温馨精品”的酒店，到店後卻發現處處是落差。
房間裏的香薰味道刺鼻又廉價，床上都是沙子，都不知道到底有沒打掃過的，最影響體驗的是隔音，隔壁客人的説話聲、走廊的腳步聲清晰得像在耳邊，凌晨被吵醒後再也沒睡着。
本想在“精品”細節裏放鬆，結果連基礎的舒適都沒做到，這樣的體驗，實在配不上它的定價和口碑。

來坑梓這邊公司出差，看位置離公司比較近並且周邊也是商業中心 購物也方便所以選擇這家酒店，相較於同檔次的其他酒店，價格非常實惠，性價比極高。大堂坐着與同事商談工作，前台人員也會熱情的奉茶，在保證服務質量和設施完備的前提下，能夠以這樣的價格提供如此優質的住宿體驗，真的是物超所值。對於像我這樣經常出差的商務人士來説，選擇這家酒店不僅能夠滿足我的工作需求，還能夠節省不少費用，説是經濟性酒店個人覺得是一家舒適型的酒店

前台小姐姐人蠻好的，但是隔音比較差，第二天中午還在睡覺被打掃衞生的工作人員們吵醒了，而且原本是延時2點退房的，12點回房間門已經打不開了
