Pros:
1. Good location, next to shopping centre, convenient store below and metro stations are 5 to 10 mins walk away.
2. Can keep luggage at nearby location after checked out
3. Almost immediate response on enquiry (resolved or not is another issue)
4. Food delivery to door
Cons:
1. The apartment is dirty, visibly dusty on all area.
2. Toilet door couldn't lock and didn't fix it even after they attended
3. Toilet window is clear to see from outside, you might not notice it from inside. Solution provided was asked us to cover with towel. I'm sure we're not the first occupant, they didn't seems like want to provide a permanent solution.
4. Projector not working and in Chinese language, no issue for me as I can read Chinese. When they fixed it on the 3rd day, it required a 3rd party app that's not avaliable on playstore to mirror from phone.
If you aren't particular about hygiene and only want a place to sleep and small common area to hangout with friends after a long day of visiting then it's fine.

交通便利，崗廈地鐵站出來對面就是，樓下是卓悦中心商場，樓上是公寓，步行去最繁華的商業區就能到，去崗廈村裡找煙火氣也可以，吃飯的地方很多，到福田口岸也進，去福田高鐵站衹有1個地鐵站，去香港真是太方便了，房間衞生打掃得很好，價格也適中，管家服務業很好，總是很温柔和耐心解答，總之性價比很高，大家可以放心沖

位置：樓下週邊有商場有地鐵，交通很便利很不錯
裝修：現代年輕人都喜歡的裝修
設施：民宿該有的都有，還有一個大的投影儀 體驗感挺好的，而且床夠大舒服

房間很好，乾淨，進去意外的不錯，投影幕布很大，看投影很舒服，床也是大床。房間內設施齊全，冰箱空調都有，還有帶廚房和餐具很不錯。樓層也高不會吵，睡的很踏實，有問題管家都會耐心幫我解決。位置在崗廈城這邊，出行很方便。非常值得推薦

還沒入住前，先跟房東溝通確認的入住時間，房東小姐姐會發入住指南過來，附帶有房間地址，跟一些注意事項。地址離地鐵非常近，樓下的附屬設施比較完善，在大廈裏面。
再是入住， 環境還不錯， 深圳這幾天一直在下雨，温度也很適宜不冷不熱的。房間裏面乾淨整潔度很高。日用品家用和一次性的都有，很不錯，挺衞生的。 愉快的一晚結束啦。房東小姐姐隨時保持溝通，服務也很棒，住的很舒適。

首先地理位置非常優越，位於福田中心區，樓下匯聚了五條地鐵線，1 號和 10 號的入口就在附近 100 米，14 號快線和 11 號快線、2/8 號入口也在 300 米左右。下樓直接就是卓悦中心東區，好吃好逛特別方便。其次辦理入住很方便，全程手機小程序取得密碼、身份驗證，預約房間打掃和物資補充等在服務羣裏及時可以溝通。另外樓層比較高，視野非常開闊，還有小陽台可以晾掛衣服。給親戚預訂的，非常滿意。
