對福田南菲苑有不錯的感覚。房間整洁。地點在市中心。附近有很多不同口味的歺厅。对面是一家很大的超级市場。離開赤尾地鉄站也不過三，四分种步行距离。有机会一定再任。

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店位置優越，交通便利，周邊餐飲購物都很方便。前台服務熱情專業，入住流程高效。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，都是那種0壓枕，很舒服，設施齊全，Wi-Fi速度快，淋浴水壓充足。性價比超高，細節處處體現用心。無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假都很推薦，下次一定會再次選擇這裏！ 都住了快一個月了

房間非常乾淨，前台服務也很親切，樓層服務員也很好，我問過一次加礦泉水，後面幾天都幫我準備的4瓶，很細心，而且我住的房間很安靜，也沒有煙味，樓下各種餐廳和小吃，下次去深圳還會住南菲苑
